What I did on my "spring break..." (DU warning!)
Kev & I went on our 2nd annual Bahamas trip, with some very good friends, incl. Matt (aka "The Cleaner") from GHI Reptiles. Matty is a MOST excellent fishing guide (and chef!) & really made the trip a blast for everyone who went.

Daniel - you would have loved the acrobatic bull shark...if you look @ the pic of the nurse shark, that squiggly white thing in the water is a slab of bacon that we threw in as bait. A bull shark hit that bacon like a Mack truck, came up out of the water (think "Air Jaws"), rolled a complete 360°, and dove back in.
It was AWESOME!!!! Discovery Channel's got nothin' on a bull shark hyped up on bacon!!! :D :D :D!!!!!!

That is like an ultimate dream vacation! The kind you only see in the movies or something! LOL Those pictures are amazing, Kara! That sunset one is absolutely stunning!!!

Ohhhh Kev looks more fried than the bacon....ouch! Looks like a wonderful vacation and I want Matt's recipe for that fish, it looked yummmmmmmm! Glad you had a wonderful time before what I can only imagine is a crazy busy time with hatchings and new baby snakes to tend.

Sharks are so awesome.. have you seen thresher sharks? They are so cool when they jump from the water..

Great pics! It's amazing how clear that water is! The baby cuda is my fav. Looks so harmless there :O
The water here(gulf of mexico) is a nice shade of brown :(
