Re: Back from Atlanta Show
She's smokin hot Robin! Gotta love going to shows with some cash and coming home with another addition. How are those herpenclosures? I have heard some nice things about the quality.
Re: Back from Atlanta Show
I ALMOST bought three fresh import girls - $15 each, that were just going into their first shed and had not had their first meals yet - I figured that with good quarantine I might try my hand at starting some new girls, but if they didn't thrive, I wouldn't be out much (from herpenclosures.com). Then I saw Ballroompythonsssouth site, and having already checked them out on Fauna - felt that she was a better investment - a prooven '05 feeder with good weight on her.
I really like the rack, and got the inserts to make five tubs hold 10 snakes (it divides the tub lengthwise) has belly heat and very nicely constructed! I'll get another from him later, for sure!
Re: Back from Atlanta Show
Awesome! Sounds like you did ok today...
Re: Back from Atlanta Show
shes perrrty. i like those bands on her.
Re: Back from Atlanta Show
Robin, she is just preeeeety... I love the band pattern on her. I was tempted to pick up a few banded pattern girls last week, but I need to have the enclosure ready before I do. Good choice and best of luck with her.
Re: Back from Atlanta Show
Ack. So jealous! She's adorable!
Re: Back from Atlanta Show
she is beautiful! congrats on the new addition and on your new rack. :gj:
i picked up 2 girls from michael (bpsouth) in daytona last year and they are just wonderful. one is skye who is my current avatar and the other is sarah who has a super amount of blushing. i almost bought another from him a few weeks ago at a show in charleston but i was trying to control my budget, and my 2 empty slots are already slated to be filled very soon (thanks to adam ;) ). i did get to see the lemon blast that michael has for sale there and HOLY COW i am now in love with that morph!
again, great choice of new girls robin--i'm sure she will settle in quite nicely for you. you are putting together quite a nice group of females! :)
Re: Back from Atlanta Show
Robin, she's gorgeous! You must be so excited to have the new racks and a lovely new snake to put in them! (When her quarantine is over, of course! LOL)
Re: Back from Atlanta Show

Yep, I've got some slots slated for some 8ballpythons myself! LOL
I have room for three more females, and that's it, unless I get another rack - but that's not going to be any time soon!
Re: Back from Atlanta Show
not until daytona anyhow, right? ;) :P
Re: Back from Atlanta Show
Oh, I'm getting snakes in Daytona - Adam's bringing two of my kids there - so I can say I picked up some snakes at Daytona! LOL
Re: Back from Atlanta Show
She's lovely Robin! Very nice female! Glad you enjoyed the show and I assume we'll have rack pics soon too.
Re: Back from Atlanta Show
Sierra Bright Star sounds like a great name to me!
Lessee...with French, you could do:
Clair d'Etoile (Clearness of stars)
(pronounced "claire day twall")
more properly "Bright Star"
Etoile Brilliant
(prounced "eh-twall brill-yant")
Sierra Etoile would be pretty too..."mountain star" =) (or type of mountain)
Um...the brightest star in the night sky is the North Star, also known as Polaris...so...Polaris or Polara might be a pretty name too.
P.S.
Pretty snake, hehe!
