    Pied Piper in Color
Just popping on real quick to post a few pics, then off erranding without a car I go :P Stupid Phoenix bus, lol. Anywho, I finally got something colored! Yay me! Took me long enough to get around to. The Pied Piper's all done. :) I'll add her in the Herpart folder soon as I clear up some space in my Gallery.

Thanks guys! I wish I had more of a background going on, but I'm more of a character designer than set designer :P

But you don't NEED the background! It would just detract from your gorgeous artwork.

    VERY PRETTY pic Sheree!

That is lovely, Sheree. May I ask what you use to color your artwork?

    Thanks guys!

I use Adobe Photoshop these days, Shelby. I used to work more in prismacolor markers and colored pencil combinations but they don't scan well and it's hard to pass up a medium that actually lets you erase and experiment ;) I did try more elaborate color tricks in the background before going with the simple gradient, but they all looked awful and just took away from her.

I really need to invest in a wacam tablet tho. Coloring with a mouse is hell on my bum wrist and I need to take a little time off the computer with an icyhot sleeve. This is part of why my posts have been so short and sweet lately. Ow! I suffer for my art. But I love doing it anyway!

Ouch! I can't imagine doing that kind of work without a tablet! DEFinitely worth the investment girl! Go get one!!

You are all set! I've heard *great* things about the intuos, I've added it to my Amazon wish list :) I have a slightly older version of Photoshop, 7.0, can't wait to see what you do with CS2!
