Wouldn't Have Believed It....

Well if it weren't just happening now and I'm actually watching it as I'm typing I'd think I'd gone quite nuts.

Rauri the 6 foot BCI is out for hockey night...usual thing...Mike, Rauri, hockey...no biggie....I call it male bonding night LOL

Rauri crawled off of Mike and across the coffee table onto our couch. There was a pillow and blanket there from a nap I took earlier. That crazy big snake plunked himself down on the pillow and I made a joking comment to my husband that he wanted his blankie now.

Well here's a pic to prove it. That crazy snake has been laying on our couch, head and neck on the pillow, body under the blanket for an hour now and his head is turned so he can see the dang TV! Good lord I know a snake can't really watch hockey or enjoy a pillow and blankie (well I thought I knew this!)

What an absolute laugh! Watch out Becky......this snake is getting spoiled rotten!

Btw...he's still there...but I'm not putting that pillow in his enclosure when he goes back in so he can just tough it out! LOL

Funny you should say that Christie....another hockey night...suddenly in the middle of the game...blink...off goes the TV. Of course, Mike hollers and thinks one of the kids was goofing with the remote. Wanna guess who flopped a heavy coil on the remote????

So he's already learned the power of the remote. I wonder what other manly habit he will pick up next. It could be a burp and a scratch, but without the ability to give a good scratch that seems unlikely. Definitely be on the lookout for empty beer cans around the tank. ;)
