Part bat?
Last night I went to check on the new guy, he was literally, hanging with his back feet on a branch, and both his front feet were curled up into little fists sort of (not holding onto anything), I think he was sleeping after his long trip here. It was kinda funny to see him like that...this morning I caught him like that again... maybe its just him and his own personality showing. Cant open the cage without him climbing up my arm and wanting to hang out with me..he is soooo sweet. He is for sure a great addition to my growing crestie collection. Its also looking like this light pink is actually his normal coloring.... and the white (what his pink turns to) he displays seems to be his resting coloring. He is very unique. I dont think I have EVER seen a crestie like this.

Can't say that I blame you....I wasn't a big fan myself (too cold for me).
Wonderful photos though!:) Are they difficult to care for?

Its really not the cold that bothers me or my family..its the ppl.... not all mind you, but the majority esp. where I am. Its really too bad, Ohio is a pretty state, and I think that it could probably be better, but it would mean alot of things would have to change here.
Cresties are easy to care for IMO. I LUV them!

Re: Part bat?
nice gecko. Umm did he drop he tail like the day before that pic? You probably want to put some neosporin on that, and have him on paper towel or carpet etc. until that heals. That pink is beautiful. That is actually a morph called blushing.

Yeah, he lost his tail yesterday in shipping. He was so stressed. Thanks for the advice, I got his stump under control though. Well, I know he was hatched by Kevin Dunne, and was told he is a moonglow, not a blushing, never heard of a blushing.... I have looked at several moonglows and their colors vary from animal to animal. Here is the original pic of him prior to purchasing.

Re: Part bat?
neosporin is not really recommended for use with geckos--you do not want them to injest anything that is petroleum based. cleaning the area once a day with novalsan/chlorhexadine solution should keep things clean and aid in healing. they are able to heal up from dropping their tails pretty quickly really--his little stump looks fine considering that it just happened. :)
he does have the "blushing" trait--it's really just a trait and not a separate morph. basically that just means that when fired up he has pink or red "blushing" on his checks and chin. many times the blushing also extends onto the belly.

Yeah I was told by the guy I bought him from not to use neosporin on him cause of that.. it is getting cleaned with chlor- though, and it looks pretty good to me.
I did a search on that "blushing" thing after Cubby told me he is a "blushing".... all I found was EXACTLY what you just told us. That is it not a sep. morph, only a trait. The areas that are blushing does run along his cheeks and down his chin a bit, and slightly onto this chest, but not much that far down, it is mostly on his cheeks.
