He never refuses a meal. He is definately more active than any of my BPs when you handle him. And the thing he hates most in life, is going back into his cage :)

They grow fast, that is all I can say :)
It seems like just yesterday, we just got him and he was a tiny spaghetti noodle :)

Very nice photo's Gin! Gotta love the big boys don't you! LOL Funny you would say that about getting Apache back in his enclosure, that's the only time Ruari ever gives us a spot of trouble. Man he hates going back in and by the time you have his butt in, his head is back out and so on....fun times!

Aw I love Apache! Has he outgrown his tank yet or does he still have a bit to go? I weigh Kozma by putting him in a sterilite container and placing that on the scale. It seems to work pretty well and he is always on the move.

How old is he?

Apache is still OK in his 55g tank. He has enough room to stretch out, though he spends 90 percent of his time in his hidespot on the warm side. When he outgrows it I plan to move him into my male BPs big glass cage with the doors on front; but rubbermaids are looking more attractive as he gets even bigger, lol.
Apache is an '04 model :)
