gallery o' herps

i made a new gallery of pics of some of my herps... not all of them by far, but just some that i had good pics of. :P thought i'd share: mlededee's herp gallery. if you click the square icon in the lower left corner it opens the gallery in a new, larger window. i'd recommend viewing it this way because it make the pics bigger. :)

Wow....very impressive! Your animals are all gorgous! How did you set up the album??

it was actually really easy to set up. the place where i host my sites (1and1.com) added a photo gallery feature recently and that is one of the templates that they provide. i just chose the template and colors, uploaded the pics and added captions. good stuff. :)

Can I have Snick? :P

heehee, snick is one of my favorites. no chance of him becoming available...ever. :P hopefully i'll have babies from him this summer though. hets this year, but next year hopefully albinos if all goes according to plan. :D

spud is doing great! he eats everything in sight. i've never seen a gecko put away food like he does and he is growing fast. he is sweet but he's gonna be a handful when he is full grown. :D

He'll literally be a handful. That's great he is doing so well. Are you going to look for a girlfriend for him, or will he be on his own?

They are really beautiful :love: Ashe looked really cute peeking shyly out from his coils in one of the pics. And aren't geckos awesome? I held one for the first time last week and couldn't get over the velvety texture of them. It was a harlequin dalmation I think the name was - and now I want another new pet :love:

i will definitely be getting a girlfriend for him, however i'm trying very hard to stick to my resolution (*grumble, grumble*) not to spend more money on herps than i can afford this year, so we'll have to wait until there is some extra cash in the bank. :P

thanks! #49 is khami, my chahoua. in my opinion they do have some of the coolest looking eyes of any herp.

YES, geckos ARE awesome! you know you want one. :D

Wonderful pics as always Em! It always makes me smile and get that warm happy feeling to see creatures so obviously bursting with good health and vitality. You very obviously have a great love for them all and it shows.

Thanks for sharing your gallery and enabling my growing "I need a leopard gecko in my life" issues. LOL

Wow, mlededee thats an incredible collection you have there, that hatchilng leopard gecko makes me want to get one, will those striped black lines persist when it grows up, or will they turn spotted like most leopard geckos, I dont have much experience on geckos lol.

Very nice pics and gallery. I'm a big fan of Macromedia products :)

that's the plan. she has a date scheduled with oscar in a year or two and with the pastel i am getting from adam the year after that. :D

they will turn either spotted or lose the black altogether, which is actually the most desirable.

Very nice setup, and easy to use! Not to mention the gorgeous pics within. Very cool. :)

That is awesome! You should definately be proud of that gallery.
My favorite, out of all yer herps, is Skye. That type of pattern, with blushing, is my favorite.
