Just wondering

For those of you who have multiple BP's - do you have a favorite? If so, why is a particular animal your favorite? For example, it was your first, or has a wonderful temperment, etc.

I do, but it changes every day!

This morning it was my adult male spider because he was locked up with a huge pastel female. Yesterday it was one of my lessers because he was locked up with a huge hypo female. The day before that it was my male pin, because he started producing sperm. Tomorrow? ... Who knows? :P

my fav is my pastel male, this guy has never hissed,bit, had a bad shed,eats weekly,breeds like mad,doesn't mess his tub too bad! lol and he is also my 3 yr old's fav too!

My fav is one of my pastel females... She's got a little attitude :) and she's super bright too!

My favorite is my pastel female. I've never had another BP climb the thermostat cord.

I love Adam's response! Kashmire will always hold a special place in my heart, because he's my first and got me interested in ball pythons. He has a wonderful temperment, he's never hissed or struck at me (I am well aware that can still happen one day! LOL), has never balled up and seems like a very relaxed and good natured ball.

However, I can see one of my new girls, Kiah becoming a favorite, simply because I can't stop looking at her! I keep pulling up her picture all the time, she's my wallpaper at home and at work because of her beautiful look.

It just made me wonder if you guys have favorites or not! I'm weird like that!

mine is vanessa. i kinda see her as my best snake friend, lol. ive had her for over a year and a half and she's only missed 2 feeds, never hissed, and has only bit me when i first got her/feeding mistake. but dont tell zulu, LOL.

My favorite is my albino female pictured in my avatar. She is the biggest baby, I have a hardest time getting her put back in her cage. She just wants to be held all day!! LOL!

In my group, I have a special spot for all of them. The babies are just awesome. Carma has a great personality, and Norbert is just gorgeous. Turtle is just a big weenie. Then there is Lily, she was my first bp. But overall I think Dandylion is my favorite. I'm pretty sure she'll be up to making some nice babies next season. :please: She's just got such a unique personality. (she was my rescue) In the 8 months I've had her she's gone from 165g to a whopping 1030g! Her previous owners were just terrible. Pink water and feeding a yearling pinky and fuzzy mice. It's amazing to watch her grow so fast. It's awesome. :D

now if that isn't proof of what proper care can do for a snake...i don't know what is!

She's an awesome snake. It was heartbreaking to see the condition she was in when I got her, but I guess I must be doing something right. ;) I weighed her last night since I had to clean her cage after her lovely deposit. You shoulda seen me dancing around last night. :banana: I was on cloud 9. :love: :D

Dandy broke a 1,000!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh Christie a huge congrats and a big BIG hug from us! Mike and I know how much you've done for that snake and to come so far so fast is a wonderful testiment to your good care of her!

There is something so wonderous about watching a snake turn around and start to blossom isn't there.

Now to my favorite snake....hmmmmmm......

Well Rauri of course as he's the big boy boa and you can't help but love a hockey watching snake now can you!

Wait, there is pretty little Emi, Beth's milksnake who is so gorgeous she's almost unreal to look at!

No, it would have to be Rionach for starting us on this road to snakes!

Hmmmm but what about Kyna for being our first rescue and like Dandy, coming along so well it's given us the confidence to keep trying to be there for snakes that need rehoming and lotsa love.

But then you can't forget Orlah for her gentle self.....our snuggle lap snake who even seems to like the kids LOL.

Or Brannagh for her brash personality....all fire and don't mess with me buddy!...but in there is just a scared creature that needed to be safe again. Our dark beauty.

Then there's Saoirse....the wild caught female who always tugs are our hearts....how can you not love a snake that turns a big guy like my hubby into mush when she tongue flicks at him....watching her eat for that very first time for us may be the best herp memory we'll ever share.

Okay so I obviously can't pick a favorite! They are all my favorites! LOL
