GHI Batman?

Hello everyone,

Simple question. Has a GHI Batman been made? Can't find evidence of one looking on my own but I was curious

As far as I know, not that exact combo. I know Justin has been working with GHI in Batman lines but I don't think he managed to hit GHI Batman yet. He did hit Mahogany Confusion Batman though, pretty wicked looking!

I am trying to decide whether to pick up an available male Banana Pastel Spotnose Clown (female Maker) or a male Ghi Spotnose Clown (From Justin actually) to pair in a year or 2 with my pastel OD Leopard Het Clown Female. I know Banana Batman's have been done but look so good. But I kinda want to jump in and try something different as well

That’s a unbelievable and amazing project you have planned. Congrats and good luck. Chances are more favorable to produce the Batman with the first male. Which you stated how awesome that looks. With the ghi combo it’s a 1 in 64 chance as opposed to the 1 in 28. Stranger things have happened with the odds gods in any case. Go for it! :gj:

It's 1/128 from the first male, not 1/28 technically, to produce the exact combo of Batman. The odds of producing Batman/Batman+ are exactly the same, 1/8. That's why it's really important to really understand what's behind the odds rather than just pop things in the a calculator.

If it were me, I'd go for the GHI male, see if I could hit world's first, though it's a long shot even if nobody has done it. GHI is so amazing, and GHI Batman has got to be amazing. Banana is a great morph, but IMHO Banana Batman is a step backwards from Batman

Also saw where OP 2 yo female did not have the spotnose gene. I didn’t see how the Batman/ Batman+ could happen? The ghi does seem like the better chance with the odds. I did say originally that the odds gods are variable and that he should go for it. Thanks in any case for the correction.

The Spotnose has to come from one of the males, and both have it. Leopard has to come from female since neither male has it. Clown has to come from both male and female since it's recessive, and since males are Clown and the female is at het, it's possible. Since both males have exactly the same genes that are part of Batman, the odds will be equal to have Batman/Batman+ overall, it's just that because one male has more morphs than the other, offspring from him would have a higher chance for the +, rather than plain Batmans.

I try to keep things in my head a bit different than how they show on calculators when many morphs are involved to understand them better. So these options I kind of look at like:

Banana Pastel+ male x female:
1/2 Clown/Clown+
1/4 Banana Clown/Banana Clown+
1/8 Batman/Batman+
1/16 Banana Batman/Banana Batman+
3/32 Pastel Batman/Pastel Batman+
1/32 Super Pastel Batman/Super Pastel Batman +
1/64 Banana Super Pastel Batman/Banana Super Pastel Batman+

GHI+ male x female:
1/2 Clown/Clown+
1/4 GHI Clown/GHI Clown+
1/8 Batman/Batman+
1/16 GHI Batman/GHI Batman+
1/16 Pastel Batman/Pastel Batman+

Much easier to compare this way what I'm really getting imho when trying to compare using one sire/dam vs another.

You're all awesome lol. I want to think it over a bit more. I love the bright oranges and colors in banana clowns. But maybe I can pick up an Enchi Banana Clown girl and pair that someday to scratch that itch. It would be cool to go for a worlds first. Tho I am almost certain I'll get beaten to it, just to have a chance would be awesome

Yeah Enchi Banana YB-complex stuff is absolutely amazing colors, I just don't know how much Leopard or Spotnose really add to that, I feel like they kinda cancel each other out a bit because of the reduced amount of pattern. Clown by itself does really well with those type of Bananas though! I bet if you put Banana in Pompeii on the other hand... whew that would probably look amazing! Gotta get some good darkening genes in there to really take advantage and undo a bit of the pattern reduction, ya know? GHI would be a good step to making that happen :) probably looks just as nice or nicer than Black Pastel in those combos.

That would be unreal. Yeah I am starting to sway to GHI. You make a really good point that while banana clowns look great, in batman's its not doing the same that I think GHI will do. I am for sure going to have to get a banana clown girl of some type for my own love of their looks. But I think I can do that in a different project. Thanks again!
