Any experience with Reptmart (same address as Snakes at Sunset)
A little background, a few years ago lost all three of my Balls. Lost power but kept the house extremely warm. Work trip and power should have been back on immediately.

Back to the current day! I ordered a male Butter Enchi which should arrive tomorrow morning. Curious on thoughts with Reptmart or Snakes at Sunset. I've seen mixed reviews.

Probably a little late to be asking. Doesn't matter since you've already bought the animal.

I know I wouldn't buy from them, mixed reviews aren't a good thing when there are so many quality, reputable breeders only a mouse click away.

Not sure what losing your 3 BP to power outage has to do with the feedback on Reptmart? :rolleye2:

So back on topic as far a Reptmart when owned by the Bells the customer service was great and I have been happy with the animals purchased, fast forward to new ownership. I sent an inquiry for a specific animal a few years back no answer, I contacted them again just in case and still no answer so I took my business elsewhere (I am a firm believer that if communication is not great prior to a purchase chances are it will be worse if something happens)

I sent SAS a question... let's see... two months ago. Never got a reply. Based on Deborah's experience I'm not expecting one either.

We'll just have to see, I guess? Tell us how it goes.

Me too! Cross them off your list, unless you're a "glutton for punishment". ;)

But I see you're asking a bit "too late"....so I'll just say, good luck.

@stewart it has to do with me not being new to the scene.

Besides there communication it ended up being a good experience, not great though.
They sent the information i wanted with the package. They also sent last time he ate plus the type of rodent. Seems healthy and didn't hesitate on the first meal with me.

I also confirmed that they are the same company.

Good to know he wasn't DOA and you got what you expected. I wouldn't risk buying from any seller that has had any history of DOA's. Anyway, keep us updated and keep a good eye on his health. :gj:
