What’s your heat source? And is it regulated?

Looks to me (also) like it could be a thermal "burn" from heat source that is either not regulated or not regulated properly. Burns are painful & can do serious harm to your snake...please double-check your husbandry
    right away for his safety.

What are you using for a heat source, how is it regulated and where are you taking your temperatures from?https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...8e25cde264.jpg

It could be early signs of shed. It typically comes in more uniform, so the whole belly goes pink. But I have seen my snakes with little blotches like that and within a day or two they were all pink and starting a shed.

Ok, just thought I'd mention it since it hadn't been yet. But we can rule that out now.

First, fix the way you're housing this snake...prevention is the best medicine. Vet visit is probably a good idea for a burn...Silvadene cream is good. There is one known source for it OTC, I think bcr229 has mentioned it-
    otherwise it's prescription only.

Honestly it looks like nothing to me. I use over head heat (RHP’s) and I get marks like that here or there. They can come from climbing on something, substrate or even just being in a position for a extended period of time. I have a girl that will stay in a hide certain times of the year for over a month without coming out. When she does come out she has marks on her light colored scales where ever she was bent or pressure was applied. One year she went off feed for 8 months eating once at 6 months. She had so many red marks on her it freaked me out.. when I pushed on the marks they would go away. That meant it was circulation related most likely.
Most people don’t realize how hot the spot would have to be to actually get a burn so unless you’ve had a tstat problem thats unlikely. Also you would most likely see a burn on more than just a small area like that unless it was touching a Heat Lamp etc..
Id watch it over the next months just to make sure it doesn’t swell or get worse like a infection etc but dont worry to much...
