I did it! Put deposit on this girl!

Well, after lots of e-mails back and forth with Will Bird, and checking out his reputation (all positive) on the BOI, I made a deposit on this girl tonight. She'll be coming to live with me in January!!!!

Now I need help with names. Some names I've bandied around are Mocha and Hershey. Any suggestions are welcome!

Felix for a girl? Naw, got a boss with the last name of Felix *shudders*...don't think Felix will go over too well!

Although a mouse named Felix might give me pleasure! :D

I'd like to get a name that reflects her coloring in some way. She reminds me of a sweet cup of chocolate! LOL

I trained a service dog for the physically disabled named Grape! LOL His sisters were Kiwi and Cherry! I volunteer with Canine Assistants and have been doing so for 5 years now. Man time flies!


Well, a little update. Will's going to send me more pictures to see other sides and views of her and he's going to test her for parasites for me and treat her if she tests positive.

I really want to come up with a creative name for her. Hershey's my favorite so far, but I have two months to come up with a name for her!

She is just darling. What a pretty face with that lighter stripe and her coloring is gorgeous! She's certainly in lovely shape too. A nice plump young female.

Hmm names.....

Godiva...why not name her after the best chocolates in the world!

Sienna....Italian...means reddish-brown

Roana....Spanish...same meaning

Tawnie...English....means yellow/brown

Adora....French....beloved one

Davina....Celtic...beloved (hmm I may save that one for myself LOL)

Zaria....gift of love...(listed as "american"????)

Akanke....Nigerian...to know her is to love her

LOL Becky and I both really liked Sienna. Kind of a pretty name for a lovely snake like her and goes rather nicely with Kashmire when you say it.

Actually she's just a normal ball python. I want to get some females to start raising up for the het pied that I hope to get in '06.

I put a deposit on her, because I just fell in love with her and didn't want her to be sold to someone else before January (want to get through the holidays and get time to get her enclosure set up before getting her).

I like Sienna too, but I'm also thinking of a variation - Sierra. What do you think?

What's really sad is I have her picture as my wallpaper at work, so I can admire her and also get inspired with a name.

Right now Hershey and Sienna/Sierra are in the running!

You may want to see which name fits her when you get her. I love the names!! :D
