World's most expensive snake??

Has anybody else seen this??

I'm not sure if it's actually the world's most expensive, but it's got quite the price tag...

I'm guessing the owner put that price tag on it because they don't really want to sell. It's definitely not priced to move, hahahha.

King snakes are my favorite native snake. I think it’s an awesome color and an awesome idea to breed the two.

I wish I could claim the credit for breeding it :)

There are very few people ( I only know about 3 in the uk ) who breed these Imperial Pueblans and I’ve never seen any like mine ..

He was showing it off with a few other hatchlings online ... I fell in love with it instantly and pestered him relentlessly to sell it or name a price .
Thankfully a few months later he’d decided on a different breeding project/route and let me have it for £250 .. it was about 10” long about the size of a huge garden earthworm ..

I still don’t understand why he let it go to be honest ..


I haven’t seen any for sale for years ... maybe they’re just not popular .. the offspring are very random looking and I think he may have just got lucky with the pattern and colouration of mine .

That said some people absolutely love it whilst others absolutely detest it .

There’s a huge part of me that wants a king snake down the road. I’ve always loved them. I’ve seen some crazy colors and I probably would go for one similar to this one. It’s an absolute beauty. It looks like a shoots and ladders board lol

Kings are one of my favorite species to keep. My first snake was a King and as long as I'm keeping snakes I'll have at least one King.
I'm a sucker for the "classics" so I tend to favor the Cali Kings. But that's one of the great things about what breeders do, there's something for everyone.

The first ever wild snake I encountered was a speckled king snake. Ever since picking my first up to play I’ve always loved them.
