Tea Time with Ignis and Ravus (or alternatively - Jade, Porcelain, and Pythons!)
I am fortunate to own both Eastern and Western style tea sets. I am extra fortunate to have them in just the right size for two refined young royal pythons. Won't you join us for some tea?

For size reference: Iggy and Ravus are around 320 grams each. The teacups in the rose tea set are roughly the size of thimbles, while the ones in the jade set are slightly larger.

Also, let it be known that during my first photoshoot attempt with the jade tea set, Iggy saw fit to unload a poop dump that he'd been saving up for 3 months. The tea set and other decor were spared. My pajama pants were not. The things I go through for these guys ...

You & welshmorphology should team up for a line of greeting cards & snake calendars. :gj: Even my sil (who's not into snakes at all) loves your photos,
and these are really stunning! You could have some fun with cute captions on these without much trouble...these lend themselves to "invitations".

In fact that 3rd one down has a real "come hither" look, if ever I've seen one. ;) Who could say no?

I just searched up some of welshmorphology's picture posts on here, and ooh-ed and aah-ed over all the ridiculously cool photos! So thank you for that referral, haha. And hey, I'd definitely find myself going to more tea parties if their invitation cards advertised that snakes would also be in attendance. :D

I knew I saw the orange ghost! I wouldn't have guessed Enchi and cinnamon though, very nice combo.

Thank you! Though actually, I checked the breeder's labeling for Iggy, and I think he's just got Ghost (i.e., Hypo) rather than Orange Ghost - so I guess, like these? http://www.worldofballpythons.com/mo...n-enchi-ghost/

It's funny you mention Orange Ghost though, since I just recently saw an Orange Ghost Pastel that really did have a very similar color scheme. It seems like Enchi Orange Ghost comes very close to the same look as well - http://www.worldofballpythons.com/mo...-orange-ghost/ - but adding Cinnamon to Orange Ghost seems to overpower it and grey things out a lot more.

I actually just use my cellphone's camera, haha ... so it's whatever the default rear camera is for a Samsung Galaxy S7.

Those are some really gorgeous tea sets and even more gorgeous snakes :D

I can't believe how well Ravus and Ignis match the tea sets you set them up with. Great colour choices and they are naturals at posing!

Thank you, Luvyna! The coordination with the tea sets was a stroke of luck, but the posing definitely involved my hand periodically swooping in off-camera to gently nudge some overly curious snoots back into position. Iggy nearly pushed his tea set off the table several times, and Ravus tried to climb the curtain at one point.
