    Lets see your setup
Don't know if this was done already but here goes. Lets see everyone's setup of their pet. Here is mine, kinda funky looking right now until I can finish the counter I'm building. I'm thinking of getting 2 T-3's and use these tanks just for feeding.

Do you have warm and cool hides or just keep one per cage?

The little turds and the baby burm:

My 'older' snakes. You can also see my canary, Edgar.

From top to bottom.. roughscale sand boa, surinam BCC, yellow anaconda.

Four snake enclosures are not in the pic because one is on the other side of the room, and the other three are in a totally different room.

Amani's tub from the inside. I don't have any pictures of what the heating arrangement looks like.

Bob, the Crested Gecko's, tank(18tall). I've rearranged since:

Murphy, the White's TF's, tank, has been rearranged a little:

I have a couple more tanks to take pictures of. This weekend, a friend is giving me her Yellow Dalmation Crested male, George. I am ecstatic! He just glows. I am setting him up in a 30gallon, so that should be fun to clean, LoL.

I just went to the Dollarama on Monday and grabbed some more cage furnishings for Ace and Pelota, so here's a few pics of Ace's crib. Haven't gotten around to taking pics of Pelota's yet. I'm gonna wait till I get some leafy vines to wrap around the inside of her cage. It needs spiffing up like Aces.

What a pretty setup, but isn't it the pits cleaning and sanitizing all the plants and vines???? Once I get my home PC and webcam set back up, I'll be sure to post some pics of pets and tanks. I want to increase my collection, but I want them for display and handling...not just in a rack somewhere. Maybe, when/if I get into breeding, but for right now, they'll be pets. ;)

Basuca, on the inside of Apa's enclosure is there a lamp INSIDE the enclosure? Also, how are you securing your screen tops? I don't see any clamps to keep the tops on?

Nothing fancy here. The only difference now is that he's on Aspen instead of coconut bark. You can see the reflection of the AcuRite in the left side of the picture.

The 1/2 log hide is going to be replaced this week with a clay pot bottom like Cody's since Kashmire has almost outgrown it. What do you call it, Joanna? "Snurtle"?

Thanks. :) It's a 39 x 20 x 7 inch sterilite underbed storage tub. It's not part of a rack, but will be in time, as I plan on making myself a breeding rack and a hatchling rack over the winter sometime now that I've found some decent plans for a rack that I like online. :)

Haha, yeah sometimes it's the last thing you wanna do is pull out everything and soak it and clean it and stuff, then re-arrange everything, but when I look at the cages it's all worth it. I don't like looking at a bare cage, and he's still tiny in such a big cage so the more filler the better. :)

I bought the tub from Walmart. It's a sterilite model #1995 underbed storage tub with wheels(which I popped off so it wouldn't roll off the table, lol). Yep, I use heat lamps, but not really for heat. Just for daytime light as my room is constantly dark(window is covered up to keep drafts out in the fall and winter). I just take cardboard boxes, cut a hole in the bottom, and then put it on the top of the cage. Then I put the light over the hole in the box and it shines down into the cage. The box keeps the light high enough off of the plastic top to keep it from overheating the plastic or the cage, as the heat lamps get way hot.

    Re: Lets see your setup
I found them in a google search for homemade rack steps. I have it bookmarked on the other computer so later tonight I'll post it. It's just a simple shoebox rack made from melamine. Seems really simple and inexpensive, so that's perfect for me. :)

Edit: Haha, nevermind. With a simple google search I found it. :)

Nope, can't find those plans, lol. It's basically the same as building the hatchling rack, only sized differently for the adult tubs. ;)

Nothing fancy, but they thrive well.
