What is the friendliest looking snake? cutest?

So we have a thread started about which snakes look the most evil or scariest, so I decided to make an opposite thread and ask what do you think looks like the cutest, friendliest snake? Like the other thread, just go by the appearance of the snake and not knowledge. In Egyptian lore, snakes were revered and they even wore royal pythons as crowns, that is how they got their name after all. Correct me if I'm wrong about this, but that is what I've read.

So to me the cutest snake would have to be a ball python because that's the only snake I have and I just find him so adorable. Here is the cutest picture I can find of Crowley as he has his tongue sticking out. What I find adorable though most find terrifying.

Also, the cutest snake I can think of other than my little Crowley are Imantodes, also known as blunt-headed vine snakes, they are just so adorable with those huge eyes.

I may be biased but IMO, kenyan sand boas, especially anerythristics and snows with those solid black eyes, are so ridiculous and adorable looking. They are the living equivalent of sock puppets.

I hate to be so predictable, but my vote goes for Trans Pecos rat snakes, for their big expressive eyes, long pink tongues, and curious & mellow demeanor.

If I got to know any snake species well enough I'd probably start to find them cute but at the moment I'd also have to go with BPs, with their puppy faces and adorable round eyes (especially the ones with black eyes, they are just irresistible). I just totally fell in love the first time I saw one.

At this point I would have to vote BP as cutest, just because they really do look like a sweet snake. As far as coolest though, I think BCI and BCC are some of the coolest looking snakes out there. That's a big part of why I had to have one, I love the head shape, the patterns, all of it.

A few months ago I would have said hognose by a landslide. But since adding a KSB to the fam it's a little closer of a race.

My vote is still hognose though. Especially considering all their hilarious bluff antics.

Well that puts rosy boas in contention too, since they look virtually the same except for colors and striping.
But honestly, I think ALL my snakes are cute! That's why I'm a slave to them...;) (and I even think rattlesnakes are cute, but that's an "acquired taste", so to speak)

As far as snakes common in herpetoculture, I would say Ball Pythons, Kenyan Sand Boas, and Hognose Snakes have the cutest faces. BPs look like puppies, KSB look like a 5 year old tried to draw a snake and it came to life, and the huge eyes and upturned snout of the Hoggies are adorable.

Cuteness, much like "beauty", is in the eye of the beholder. We all like to behold different things...;) & for me, rattlebrats are right up there,
but I find most snakes appealing. It's truly never about them having venom, but in spite of it (for me, at least) & how they respond to me.
And I know their faces don't seem that "friendly" but they're sort of like pit bulls in world of dogs...they can't help it.

Considering the source, I'd certainly have suspected, lol...but that's not a very big photo for a good identification either, so it's not really a fair question, and
unless they're hooding, many cobras do look a lot like colubrids to me.

That Kenyan Sand Boa is seriously adorable

Can't speak for their attitudes but I think red-tailed green ratsnakes look adorable. They're pretty snakes in the first place, then when they inflate their necks to look bigger? Couldn't scare me away, I'd just be laughing at how cute and silly their thick necks are.

With personalities in mind, definitely ball pythons and sand boas like everyone else has said.

Normally I would agree with the people who are saying ball pythons and western hognose snakes, but my female Mexcian rosy boa, Morticia was being especially cute today.
