    My first non BP
I’ve been raising BP’s for awhile now and they fascinate me more and more everyday. I currently have nine ball pythons, which I love tremendously! Each one has its own personality and they are all unique. However, I recently decided to branch out a little bit. I’ve been thinking about another species for awhile but just haven’t found the right one. This little guy ended up finding me. I’ve been to a lot of shows and met with even more people, but nothing really stood out to me. With this guy it was different. He caught my eye as soon as I saw him and it’s been perfect ever since.

This will be his only post for this forum since it’s meant for ball pythons, but I had to share him with all of you. I’ve read and learned a ton from you guys and love this community so I had to show him off a little. He is a Sunglow boa, 100% het Anery. This is Titan....

He will get to be 7-10ft depending on what and how often I feed him. I’ll probably keep him on the smaller side, but a lot of that will be up to him!

Beautiful! But don’t let this be your only post about him! Just slip over to the boa forum here to share his progression pictures. :D

Totally adorable! I'd be more jealous if he stayed 6-7', but that's me. I wondered why you posted a non-BP under BP picture, lol...:snake:

    Awesome pickup!!

....and just cause the forum is called BP.net doesn't mean it's for BPs only. There are plenty of sub-forums including one for boas.
We love seeing all sorts of species on here. And we also have some members who are extremely knowledgeable regarding boas.

    I like the 4.5 - 5' range.
Nothing longer than I am tall!

I will definitely put him under the boa sub forum for progression pictures after this. I just wanted to show him off to all of you for one post because even though he’s not a BP like all my others, I know you all would appreciate him!

Oh I am very aware, hahaha. It's all about compromise. I get to keep snakes, so I'm happy keeping her in her comfort zone. There are plenty of beautiful species and morphs that fall under 5 feet.
But yeah, I'll be honest.... she's the boss.

Great looking boa. I just recently started keeping boas in the last few months and they are awesome!
