    Favorite Reptile Youtuber?
    Hello everyone,
First off would like to apologize if I made this thread in the wrong section, or if it was already made (although I searched it and couldn't find anything). Apologies in advance, I'm brand new here.

Anyways, I thought it'd be a cool idea for everyone to share their favorite reptile-related Youtuber. Whether you watch them for ideas, advice, reviews, or just entertainment, I thought we could all share our favorite ones here and give each other new people to watch related to reptiles.

    Anyways, my favorites are:

    Viper keeper and Chris Hardwick

BHB/Snakebytes is where my sons and I first got our interest. He's a bit of a drama queen but does put out some interesting daily vlogs.

I do enjoy watching Viperkeeper but just a matter of time.....
Doesn't matter how careful or experienced you are.
Like it states on his videos, they dont come with training wheels

Definitely not someone that would even entertain the idea of getting a venomous

    From most watched to least:
Snakes N Adders (His no BS vids are great)
    Olympus Reptiles
    Snake Discovery
    Clint's Reptiles
    Viper keeper
    Reach Out Reptiles
GoHerping (I don't take him seriously. He has a way of editing his vids to be pretty fun to watch.)

Youtubers I don't care for or watch anymore due to the pet tube drama, gives out wrong advice, or seems to be collecting animals for views
    Taylor Nicole Dean
    Tyler Rugge
    Happy Tails
    Emzotic
    And many others

Taylor Nicole Dean purchased a snake for $7,500 that is called a chimera (?) Anyway she shows it on one of her videos it is one of the most stunning snakes I've ever seen it's split in half with different morphs I believe
Absolutely beautiful but would I pay that much for a snake NO

Snake Discovery for me, I agree with pretty much all her husbandry standards and style of keeping!
No touting extremes on either end, no pretentiousness. And she's fun to watch and has nice snakes.

Ever since Brian opened up the reptarium I have been watching a lot of his videos...

I'll sparingly watch some Juggernaut Reptiles, Viper Keeper, Kamp Kenan, and even though he's more into vivariums, Serpa Design too.

Even though he's not a prolific Youtuber, Qulibet has an amazing basement set up. I think Dave Kaufman went to his place and did a tour. It's crazy.

Taylor Nicole Dean ..... yeah, no.

My favourite is Snake Discovery, she is very positive, sheds a great light on reptiles, and I love how well she cares for her snakes (especially that she puts enrichment in the enclosures even with racks!). Her videos are always fun, interesting, and informative.

I also watch Olympus Reptiles, Josser's Jungle, and TheRoyalConstrictor (I love seeing all the different morphs that are shown in his vids).

Snake Discovery and Clint's Reptiles, since these two provide the most useful advice and tips and stuff for new and experienced reptile keepers alike.

May I suggest also adding a link to the person / page ??

It will give everyone a quick look at the suggestion and an easy way of finding them ..

As for some of the more famous names out there...

Brian (BHB) has a lot of issues that revolve around husbandry and he is a bit of a jerk. Humidity mostly. Is cool that he is fallowing his dream of sharing the animals.
Jay (Prehistoric Pets) does a lot of dangerous things and has bad practices on his videos but has a lot of cool snakes.
Vivids Python has a lot of cool GTPs to see but their prices :O

The ones I like the best are the lesser known ones that are kids talking about their animals and how to care for the properly and have great setups. I love that the parents took the time to teach them and to see the passion for the animals in their eyes makes me happy. Something else to note here. I have yet to see husbandry issues from the kids that do this. I just do a random search on youtube for kids that keep reptiles and talks about them.

Update: so, Taylor was caught admitting that she was on drugs.

For those who don't know who she is, she is a popular Pet Youtuber that has about a million subs and a large, very young following (mostly preteen and teen girls). She was known for collecting a huge number of pets, including reptiles, in a very short period of time. For years, many had tried to give her advice or criticism about her husbandry and question the deaths of her pets who most have not lived to half of their lifespans. Some even speculated that she has been hooked on drugs with her boyfriend (Johny Craig - former Slaves band member, drug addict, alleged rapist and abuser).

For a long time, Taylor denied being on drugs, denied that her animals are dying due to her bad husbandry or giving bad advice to othersl, among other things. I personally did not want to believe a young girl like her would ruin her life any further by doing drugs.

Due to the recent events of her bf being kicked out of the band for his return to his drug habit, Taylor made some accusations against the band and they in turn blasted her dirty laundry out there, posting screenshots of her conversation with another band member where she admitted she does drugs with him and others and is trying to sober up on her own.

Anyways, you can find a lot of these sources online including a vid made by Repzilla who can go into further details about this.

If you are a huge fan of hers, that is fine. But lets call it what it is and don't downplay the fact that her animals may not be safe and cared for by her while she shoots up.

I try not to judge anyone I don’t know, but the drug thing can mean a bunch of different things, like is it weed? Who cares, is it meth? That sucks but again does it affect me? Nope so if u find her interesting then screw it.

also the road to recovery starts with admitting u have a problem.

I sometimes find BHB in my feed. I get a little annoyed with his videos. They seem to be very "click bait". The title will be about an animal that only gets shown for a few seconds out of the 10 min video.

    Ones I like are:
    Reach-out-reptiles: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UC6x...bx0C_q8y23mZsw
    port city pythons: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCu-...1fRzdiCsPHNBZQ
morph mixology (good how to videos):https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCyo...vgWDrnVqtu71Sg
    snake discovery: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCnI...able_polymer=1

occasionally I'll watch a some triple B if I'm in the mood with nothing better to do: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UClE...KuhHKhpRxHgDgw

She is an ex zoo keeper who has a great deal of knowledge on a wide range of animals - and she generally shares it in a fun and entertaining way. Personally I am a biiig Grinchy fan.

Very much like Olympus Reptiles, good selection and variety.

Always Evolving is a cool dude, but his voice is super monotone and I can't watch without being put to sleep.

BHB....give Brian credit, he did update a lot of his enclosures especially for his Retics. His terminology though drives me nuts...."Oooooh doggy" and "Cheeky monkey" every five seconds. Ugh. Oh well, not a bad person though in my opinion. What can I say, he sells though.

There used to be a kid by the name of Jeremy I think ....in high school, skinny, wore glasses (I think somewhere around Mass) , that had a channel where he had a TON of cutting edge BP morphs but I cannot find it so I dont know if he stopped or what. Maybe someone can help me.
