Are you gonna watch the Superbowl?

well, the worse case scenario for a Superbowl matchup happened. the evil empire aka New England Patriots will be taking on a stacked Los Angeles Rams team. who will win? i don't care. i'm not rooting for the my division rivals (Rams) or the perennial championship contenders (Patriots). i'm rooting for asteroid 2019 to take them all out. j/k. imma party and watch. :/

This is one New Englander who couldn't give a toss about the Patriots, and I don't think I've ever actually watched an entire football game in my life.

In fact, I planned a family vacation to coincide with the Super Bowl. We're going to be at Universal Florida that day, on the theory that it'll be considerably less crowded than it otherwise would be.

Craig told me he is not going to watch, and he has finally admitted that the Pats are pure trash :D

If they play like they did the first two playoff games they'll be tough to beat. They beat two great football teams in the Chargers and Chiefs and looked good all over the field.

But if they play like they did through most of the regular season they'll get smoked. The Rams have a better Offense than the Chargers and a better Defense than the Chiefs. So the Pats will have to be good everywhere.

Turnovers and Special Teams will be HUGE in this game.

I'm calling Pats win 37-33.
Sony Michel to be MVP.

...and P.S. it's going to be a fun football game to watch.

Not a big fan of the Patriots. Really hope the get beat but I have no interest in either team so hopefully it’s a decent battle and not some one sided waste. The real action will be the commercials.

Rams/Chiefs Round 2 would have made for a better viewing. That game this season was one of the best I have ever seen.

I'll be watching the game even though I'm a Pats hater. Hopefully the Rams can do what the Eagles did last year.

It should be the saint vs pats, I’m a Texans fan but love the breeze lol. But seriously the refs 100% blew that game. The obvious penalty and that was game. Then they loose it. Such crap. I was yelling at the tv.

I'd say best case from the NFL's POV. Boston/LA market is just a tad bigger than the NO/KC market. Heck, does the NO/KC market even add up to half the Boston market???

I said IF the Pats play like they have the last two weeks they'll be tough to beat....

I also said that the Rams are better offensively than Chargers and better defensively than Chiefs. Two teams the Pats have already beat.

I NEVER said the Rams are better on either side of the ball than the Pats.

The Rams very well may be a dynasty in the making. McVay is is brilliant, new city, new Stadium and a great core of players.
But dynasties don't come often in the modern sports era. It wouldn't surprise me at all to see 7 or 8 teams win the next 10 Super Bowls

As it usually is. Just busting your chops as I lived in LA for 31 years and grew up with Rams season seats.

I’ll be watching just to see Brady win another ring. You can’t deny his greatness. Overall I would have rather it been saints and pats since my falcons decided to play like a high school team all season.
