Hello from Scar!

Hello everyone, Here is our pied..Scar. Born oct 4th 2018 and we've had her/him since Nov 14th. Was a birthday gift for my daughter who has wanted a snake for several years now (just got mommy to approve). Scar has been absolutely amazing and fits into our family perfectly! Eating F/T with ease and just shed last night :)

I am no expert, but paradox is what I thought when I first saw that marking. He's gorgeous!

He's beautiful! Congrats on the new addition to the family!

We got ours, a 6 month old Yellow Pastel my wife decided to name "Monty", for obvious reasons. :P He's an absolute sweetheart. Looking forward to seeing Scar as he grows.

Thank you everyone...we're very excited with our new family member.....some learning mistakes like buying a glass tank...but I'm handy and making it work until we decide on the new home.

Looks like a paradox marking to me too! Nice surprise for sure!!!

Whats wrong with a glass tank?

Glass tanks are fine...as long as they are set up correctly. You may have to mist more but the can work just as well.

The 20g is fine, added foil to the top, CHL, foil wrapped the sides to help keep heat in....guess it was a little more than I was thinking would need to be done, but it is indeed "working". Def going pvc for the next tank.
