Fantastic design, it’s going to look even better with color. custom one offs are the way to go.

Is he creating a number and if so what's the symbolism? Or is it just a pose? Either way awesome looking tattoo.

No she drew this up and it will be the only one. She will never do this drawing again. I asked her to put boops markings on the final design.

Custom one off?

Like you said one time design, it’s a term I heard and used a lot when I built doors for yachts. Rich people apparently want the one and only of anything. We built a “one off” (short for one offering I believe) wine cellar door for Francis Ford Copula and that was first time I heard the saying. Anyway the entire staircase on the front of his home lifted up to stairs going into the cellar below. Later we seen pictures with a fog machine and led lights for presentation. Looked like a haunted house.

Just my personal opinion here but please please don't put it on your thigh...

You seem to think your personal opinion about someone's tattoo is worth being heard. Frankly no one cares if you don't think thigh tattoos are a great location because it's not your body and it's not aimed to please you.

Considering Sunny already has it in progress it's extremely rude to point out how you don't like it and "please don't put it there" then try to make yourself look less of an offensive jerk by putting the "just my opinion" disclaimer at the end.

I'm also hoping to get a snake on (around) my thigh as my next tattoo :p

The perfect place for any/every tattoo is wherever you want to put it because it’s your body and you’re in charge of it and what happens to it. End of story. I think it looks awesome and it’s lighting a fire under me to finally get a (looooong overdue) snake tattoo of my own. I have ten other tattoos but my snake will be a large and definitely multiple session piece. Across my shoulders and peeking out of both sleeves. Need to pick the perfect artist to do the job too

Been wanting a tattoo of something for a while though I have been considering for AWHILE on what, Now that I think about one of Regina and Regi would be pretty neat. Though all the artists in my area seem kind of inept.


However, great design and it looks amazing hope it comes out the way you pictured it!

id love to see what they are working from. I always think it’s so cool when the pic come to life on the body.

I don’t have any but my sister is a big tattoo person so I lie vicariously through her.

Yes, she has close up of boople and a ton more with her body patterns. My main concern is getting her head pattern correct and on her side she has the word boop in her patterning as well. She does need a shot in sunlight for her true colors. Other than that she is drawing out her patterning now to finish up.

Can't wait to see, looking awesome!:)

Looks great! One of a kind tattoos are the only way to go in my opinion.

From a 0-10 it was a 5 maybe. My shoulder was a 3 and my waist hip area above my butt was a 25.omg that was 45min of sobbing and saying im never getting anymore tattoos.

Very awesome! With color it will look amazing.. I wanted to get a tattoo of my boa girl, but i am already at 12 tattoos. Do you find that tattoos and snakes go hand and hand being that they are both addicting! Cant wait to see yours completed. :)

This is my third tattoo and not my last.

more snakes are on hold until we have a house. And anymore snakes will be all rescues.

And for those of you in the Seattle/Tacoma area Katy from idolize tattoo did this and my sons. She is amazing, light handed and uses a different type of gun. Amazing!

does she use a Rotary gun? my man used to work at Sacred Soul near them but is at Laughing Buddha on the Hill now.

The gun is completely silent. And the needed goes up and down and not at a slight angle like the noisy ones. Makes for a more comfortable tattoo. The tines on the needles are smoother as well.

Beautiful tattoo...very cool to see the color version. I thought it looked good in just outline. :P
