You Might Know Me As....

Hi There!

I am kind of new in these parts to the posting thing... but as it turns out, some of you might already know me!

I actually have been featured in https://ball-pythons.net/forums/member.php?49533-dakski, Dakski's post as the ever so lovely Reptile Novice and Love of his Life!

I've been told that since I recently (this past weekend even) just bought my first reptile, that I MUST join the forum to share with all of you lovely people. Phillydubs may have also been involved...

In all seriousness, this is way overdue. SunshineWalker, AKA Katie, has been featured on this site for a long time. She's come a long way from not caring about reptiles much, and never owning one, to loving my 8 and now having a beautiful girl of her own!

I am thrilled she's a member of this community now!

Frankly, Solana is all tttaylorrr's fault. She had been encouraging me for months. Also, Behira was Richardhind1972 and El-Ziggy's idea, so you can blame them for that as well.

I had 22 1/2 years with the love of my life, and wouldn’t trade one minute of that time for anything. ❤️ God bless him, he let me move into his 500 sq ft apartment with 4 snakes (2 Colombian redtails, a ball python, and a rescued juvenile burmese python) and a pit bull. He had never been around snakes before me, but learned about them and encouraged my passion for reptiles. Even when that eventually meant 42 snakes in a 1,000 sq ft single wide trailer, some of those producing breeding pairs. :O They were always my pets, but he didn’t hesitate to help with any task...cleaning, bathing, feeding, or handling. He was my best friend, partner, cheerleader, my everything. If you find someone you can share your life with...the ups and downs, find common interests with while accepting the differences, and most important...be best friends, you have the everything. That you speak so highly of Katie says everything. :)
