Well some bittersweet news
Over the past few weeks a lot has changed in my life and I have to make some big decisions. I had to move as my fiancé and I separated and as much as it saddens me I have to regime my sweet girl trinity and my boy Thor. Reasons being I am not in a position right now to fund feeding them but the breeder I am rehoming them to has offered me a baby sunfire and auntie tiger sex of my choice and visitation rights and first pic of there baby’s. Reason why I have not posted in a while

Sun fire tiger... not aunties
Re: Well some bittersweet news
Sorry to hear this man. That sucks.
Can’t help but wonder how trading them in for two different retics solves the issue though?

Ahhhh I see. The way it was phrased in the original post sounded like visitation rights for your original snakes, not your own offspring.
Or is it both?

Hang in there Chad. This too shall pass. Bounce back better and stronger than ever.

Sorry to hear that man. Depending on the situation with your fiancee it may be a good thing for you both in the end. The kids are what matter though and I kinda know how you feel because I may be in a similar situation in the near future. Keep looking forwards to the future mate [emoji1531]

Sorry for your hardships. Keep in mind life is always going in circles. It never stays low to long and never stays high to long. I hope you feel better soon.

Sorry to hear you have to deal with all this drama from different directions at the same time - it truly compounds one uopn the other. :tears:
I have no idea how your ex feels about the snakes but might it not avoid problems getting something that takes a bit longer before getting to a large size? ( just to avoid extra problems in the future?)
Re: Well some bittersweet news
I got the retics more so my other burms had a happy home and yes they will be large one day but as for now they are small and

OK I missed this the first time. You traded burms for retics because the retics were small? :tears: Rainbow was 5 lbs and 7 feet long 6 months ago. Now she is over 10 feet and 28lbs. That is a 3+ feet and 23lbs gain in 6 months. I don't consider that slow. An RTB would have been the way to go if you want something that grows slow or a smaller species.
