Eggs dimple and hard with 99% humidity

Day 25 look like this 1st pic.... And getting worse. Day 40 lookimg like 2nd pics. 89.8F 99% humidity. Still some veins... Cant see the snake when candling.....
Opening tub once a week to give air in a 84F room.

What style bins/tubs are the eggs in? Any air exchange besides opening the lid once a week?

No air. 6 qt regular sterlite tubs!

U should be able to feel them moving at this point. Temps are a little high for my taste. Shoot the eggs with a heat gun and see what the egg temp actually is. Humidity may not be what you think it is as well. You do not need the vermiculite when you use the light diffusers. Just enough water to cover your first difuser (be careful of water sloshing around).

I have 2 thermostats.... I will try temp gun. I dont think they are moving. Thewater stands.... But if they are dead why there are veins?

If the veins are red they are not dead. Yet... Check the temps. The eggs run hotter than the ambient. Getting rid of the vermiculite will raise your humidity.

At 40 days they look ok, some eggs will dimple faster than others and some not at all.

One of the key and I have said that for years is to stop messing with eggs and people just cannot help themselves, no opening the tub no taking them out, every time people do moisture gets out.

Eggs do not need to be aired out before the very last week of incubation and only every other day if at that.

I have actually hatch animals from eggs that were not aired out at all in 60 days and they were fine too.

Guntemped the eggs. 88.7F
Removed substrait did water inly but eggs dont touch it.
I forgot to mention that first week the touched wet defuser a bit. This is how the bottom looks now. Also please find veins picture. Thank you so very much!

They are fine - leave them alone.

I have a lot of eggs that look much much worse and will hatch without issue.

The reason I was worried is that because the shell is hard!

They look good inside. The shell will soften. I would cut these on the appropriate day, but then I always cut. I waited too long once...

Once again, don't stress too much about it. As long as the temps are good like you say then it is going to work out. There may have been a bit of a humidity problem early on but that is a lesson learned for next time.
