I'm just starting out and don't know if I'll ever be owning multiple snakes, but if I do there's a couple (semi-attainable) species that I'd love:
- Western hognose
- Russian rat
- blood red corn
- black milk
- BC longicauda or Bolivian boa
- Irian Jaya carpet
Probably won't happen due to limited space and $$$ (a Herpstat 2 runs over $300 CDN, a 4x2 PVC cage setup $350), but I can dream :D While I also really like olive pythons, I consider those to be pretty much impossible for me to keep.

Re: What is on your list?
Oh boy lol. Here is my somewhat realistic list of animals that I KNOW I will most likely get at some point or another:
1: Dumerils Boa
2: Southern White Lipped Python
3: Albino Superconda Hognose
4: Granite IJ Carpet
5: Northern BTS
6: Candino BP
-
I’ve had two Afrocks and they were iffy at first but after much handling they were just as calm as me burms..... just can’t be afraid to get tagged in the beginning lol

I'm trying to be responsible and not go crazy, so I've limited myself to only having 5 reptiles at a time - at least until I'm in a bigger house, have a better job, etc. I'm currently on this kick where I want to have one reptile to represent each continent (couting Europe and Asia as one, and disregarding Antarctica).
What I have now just so happen to already be from different continents:
North America - Cali Kingsnake
Africa - Ball Python
Australia - Bearded Dragon
What I want:
South America - Boa constrictor (BCI)
Europe / Asia - Crested Gecko
Kind of stereotypical and boring, but it's all stuff I'm comfortable with, have kept before, and enjoy, so that's realistic for me at this point.

I think you have a nice list. Everyone likes different things. I have been running on my list the past year and have hit a limit that I should not go over for now. Some might say my list is simplistic but is great for me. Do you and be happy doing you.

Just for the record, I started my BRB out in a 10 gallon glass tank, covered the top with foil and tape, with a fogger hooked up to an inexpensive hygrostat. At about 8-9 months old I switched her to a 30 gallon tall glass tank I got on craigslist for 20 bucks, same thing covered the top and humidity is perfect. Only now I'm ordering her a T10, which she won't even be ready to go into for probably a year or more. They grow very slow. Just food for thought....
