Some Burm Pics

Well this place could use some fresh posts, but in a way its kinda good its slow in this forum.

Well here are a few shoots of my Male Albino, he has grown so much since I got him practicaly in front of my eyes.

Here is my female normal Het for Albino, I recently picked her up.

These two are completely different snakes, my male is a real talker who will still strike at me from time to time, now the female is puppy tame, and just cant wait to explore she will be a real treat when she is bigger and I can put her down with out risk of her getting totaly lost. The male still likes to cling to me and at this point in strong enough to crack my knuckles when he constricts my hand.

** Disclaimer If you think these snakes are the about the cutest animals you have seen, they are but in a year or 2 they will be some of the biggest you have seen.

Man I wish burms don't get so big. Those two are my main reasons. They look smoking hot . Albino and Het albino gets you what? Albinos and het albinos?

Ran into a lady at the hardware store recently. They "used to have a Burm". They "got rid of it because it got too big". *sigh*

What in heck do you say to people like that? What did they expect a burm to do other than get big? I just bit my tongue and walked away before I said something rude in front of my kids.

I read the title wrong and thought it was some snake BURN pics. I thought you were detailing a rescue efffort or something.

Thanks schlyne, I have some burn pics somewhere that I took last year from a rescue a friend took in she was about 2' long and had nasty burns over 2/3rds of her belly and up onto her sides. I think I have those and if I still do they could put the hotrock debate to bed forever.

sean how big is ur male ( i blieve that was ur first)? also what size rat is it on?

410gms as of sunday, he is either getting 2 rat fuzzies or a small rat, all depends on where in production the rat factory is.

yea, mines actually about to take a medium rat tonight. hes closer to 500grams though. i believe he is right at 500grams actually
