    Hair ball?
This is the third time I’ve found one of these. It’s almost entirely hair. I didn’t now they would pass a hair ball, though I’m not sure which side it’s coming from. She is otherwise healthy and growing steadily.
Has anyone else seen these before?
And can’t have a post about miss kitty without a current pic of her.

I think what you've got there is a cat in a beautiful snake-suit. :hokitty:

If it doesn't smell like death itself, it cam out of the right end. I will sometimes get a bunch of undigested hair in the feces. The oddest thing I have found is a rat tooth.

I agree...the "sniff test" should tell you where it's from. ;)

The hairball doesn’t have much smell, it’s almost sweet smelling. I had it suggested on a Facebook group to give her a dose of panacur and nutribac Incase it is a regurgitation brought in by parasites. Even if there aren’t any parasites I don’t think the dewormer would hurt anything just Incase. I’d it’s not a regurgitation is there any harm in giving her a dose of each?

You will know a regurge if it ever happens. It will make you want to vomit just being in the same room with it. As far as the wormer goes, If it is not a wild caught animal, I wouldn't bother. If you know what you are doing it can be safely done however if you don't you can create more problems than you solve.

My bloods always passed fur with their feces once they got past a certain point. It becomes more noticeable as they get bigger because the prey items are bigger so there is more fur. The worse was when they were all on rabbits, sometimes 1/4 of their poo would be fur. It's normal.

Thanks for the input everyone. Sounds like for now to just keep doin what I’m doing. I think I’ll go ahead and still finish the order for those two supplies Incase it hits a point that I need them. Especially if there is no expiration on them.

Here’s a couple more pictures of her. One to show her size in relation to me, she wouldn’t hold still as she was in a snooping mood and wanting to poke her head anywhere and everywhere. And the other is of her holding her tail high like she’s being all snooty while scooting around. She held her tail like that the entire time she’s on the couch or ground.

Are you sure that's "snooty" and not a "come hither" look? :D

    She looks great!
I haven't noticed any fur in Juice's enclosure yet, but he's still little. So, can't offer any help there unfortunately.

I got another hair ball from her about 5 days after feeding. And this hairball has a little hunk of tat tail in it. I ripped into the hair ball and it’s almost entirely hair except that piece of tail.
