What day of the week do you feed?

which day of the week do you find yourself feeding your snake(s)? are you a weekday kinda person? do you wait for the weekend? or are you all over the place and feed whenever? share your answer and see the results! :)

i'm Wednesday!

I feed on Wednesday too. When the weekend rolls around he is nice a digested and ready for handling :D

Most get fed on the weekends due to my work schedule, but the few critters I have on ten-day intervals get fed on Wednesdays.

I'm a Sunday feeder apparently :D

Only done a single feeding, but Sunday it is.

I don't have the strictest feeding regimen. The snakes who eat weekly eat every 6-8 days. Django is 7-10, but occasionally longer if his previous meal was on the larger side of the spectrum.

No particular "schedule" here so I voted "other" (meaning "not applicable"). When it's colder I tend to feed about every 2 weeks, but in summer, it's more
like every 10 days, so whenever it's "time" & they're all glaring at me. :D I make some exceptions too, they don't all have to fit into an exact schedule.
My rosy boa & longnose snakes go off feed in the winter, so they need to catch up in spring/summer/fall, & they make it perfectly clear to me when it's
time to be fed.

Mondays so he's thoroughly digested for Thurs/Fri/Sat handling. :D

The day I clean rats which is Thursday ;)

Regardless of what needs to be done in the house, the yard or snake room it always gets done before the weekend, not that I care about routine but I like to spend my weekend relaxing and having fun and not doing chores.

No set schedule since my work hours change but I usually do 2 feedings a week since i have snakes that eat anywhere from every 5-12 days. It also varies if say I forgot to pull rats to thaw early enough so only the smaller snakes that have faster thawing prey eat that night then i make sure I pull the bigger rodents earlier the next day so theyre thawed by bedtime feeding for the bigger snakes.

Sunday is my chore day, due to my full time job, so that's when I feed. Sometimes it's Monday if I don't manage to get home early enough to start thawing rats.

Whenever it's convenient and roughly feeding time. Sometimes it's 6 days, sometimes it's 8 days, if there's a shed involved it could be off a good bit.

Today is feeding day hooray! Since Mondays can be tough, I chose it as feeding day so it gives me something to look forward to after work :)

I usually feed my critters on Saturdays and Sundays. I have a few of them so I like to split it up.

Wednesday F/T and my live feeders Thurs

I like to feed a few snakes a day in small batches, so I just selected everything but other. :) Might be a bit odd compared to everyone else, but that's the way I like it. There's never a day when I can't hold a snake. It's also quicker to thaw 2-3 rats at a time than to thaw over a dozen all at once.

I generally feed on fridays, but like others I have some on a faster and slower pace, so it varies.

More importantly what time does everyone feed?

I feed around 5 to 7pm usually.

I don't really feed on a particular day. I also kind of feed whenever. Mine gets fed anywhere between 1 week to 2.5 weeks since last feed. It depends on her activity level and how big her last meal was. Even if I got more snakes, I'd probably still not have a set day of the week because they'd probably have different metabolisms/ages so need a different schedule anyways.

I'm a Thursday feeder. My last day off of the week. Was gonna switch to Tuesday due to live rodent availability but if my rats start breeding soon enough I'll have a steady supply of asf and regulars.

I try to feed my little guy when he seems hungry, so I try for every 7 days but when he doesn't eat sometimes I will try 4 or 5 days later which offsets which day I feed him.

Found a shed skin in the cage this morning = eating time tonight!

Wednesday. Originally it was the weekend, then moved to Friday, then moved to Wed... And it stayed that way since. And Wed is my busier day of the week too: longer work hours, dog/cat food run after work and ALL reptiles including my BTS who eats twice a week gets fed. My king always eat on time on Wed so if the bp refuses (he had not but we had a rough start), Nibbler will gladly take his rat from him.

Sundays generally. I have several jobs but none of them run past 6 on that day so it's the only one I can guarantee to have time.

Wednesday. Sometimes Tuesday or Thursday.

F/t eaters vary sometimes Monday sometimes Tuesday, sometimes I split it up and feed the f/t eaters half Monday other half Tuesday . Live always on Wednesday. I don’t feed my entire collection in 1 day, I like to split it up. F/t eaters eat on a different day then live eaters.

I feed every week on a Wednesday so that I can handle on the weekend.

When I feel like it. Lol

Truthfully, it varies, my workdays are all over the place, so I feed them when I have a day off usually.
