    My Noodles
Trying to get better at posing and photographing my balls. I have four and we're gonna start with my problem child, Courage. He's a male banana that I rescued from Petco. They only knew he was male and a banana so I have no idea if there are other things in there but I love banana balls so I don't care. Hoping to start a banana pied project with him, but again, I love banana balls, so I'm also looking forward to banana pins, banana spiders, and anything else banana I can make! :D

Here he is the day we got him.

And here of some pictures of him today.

His speckles are starting to come in!

Next up is my Bumblebee het Pied girl I call Charlotte. She came to me as a TINY hatchling (40g), but she's a dispose-all when it comes to mealtime. Never had an issue with her taking F/T, and now that we've switched to live, sometimes the mouse hasn't hit the ground yet before she's on it. She's also a part of my future pied project.

Okay, now another boy, my adult Spider Mojave, Sir Derps-a-lot. (The breeder we got him from called him Herpaderp, so you get an idea of his, uh, disposition.)

    He likes being cradled.

    Thank you, everyone!

My last one and my favorite: Fluffy, the Super Pastel Calico. I know a lot people say snakes don't have personality, but I call BS. Fluffy is the friendliest, most curious snake, and she has such character. She lets you know when she wants out of her tub and then she'll climb onto your arm. She likes being worn as a bracelet. Her tongue is always going. She enjoys being picked up and when I let friends come over, she's always perfectly content to be held by a few different people. I love her! She also has some super unique coloring. Here are some pics from the day she arrived.

Curled up inside her favorite paper towel roll.

And my most recent picture of her being a curious bracelet. <3

THANK YOU! I've never seen another Super Pastel Calico like her and I'm really hoping that maybe there's something else going on in there! Otherwise, she's just going to make some really pretty babies with faded butts. :) On top of having a cool pattern, she also has bi-colored eyes. The top is light blue and the bottom is dark brown. It's really interesting.

Really? Your Petco adopts out Ball Pythons? That is awesome! My Petco just sells them for cash money.

No, they don't, it is for money. :( However, both the Petco and the Petsmart near me have reptile savvy people who know their stuff. It's a nice change. There are some other big box pet stores near me that every time I check in on their snoots, I have to consider whether or not it's in my budget to rescue them all. I mainly say rescue about Courage because he ended up hunger striking for nearly two months after we got him, and only finally ate when offered live. Big box pet stores will never offer live, so he likely would have starved if I hadn't bought him. On the plus side, we happened across him during a 50% off sale so we got a banana ball python for $90! Not complaining about that!

I couldn’t agree more, mine loves to be held, not a mean bone in his body and has the best personality and will let anyone hold him.
