What's Your Fav Car Color?

i saw this cool car on my drive into the office today and was inspired to ask what's your favorite car color? anyways look at this cool thing:

it think it's pretty cool! i think the owner was intentional in creating this look. the rust is even and all over. it's like patina!

so i own two cars, a lil black hatchback and a navy blue mud puppy (small SUV). but IMO nothing beats a fast, red car!

ok what's your fav car color? do u like it shiny silver? flat black? crazy yellow? or something else?

My favorite to look at is black. But I like red for personal use. Black cars are hot cars. Literally. And in the south that is not good in the summer.

For me, it tends to depend on the specific car, and the specific shade of a particular color. For example, for a Dodge Challenger I'd have to go with the classic orange, and for the newer Mustangs that nice, metallic yellow they have (anything metallic or with metallic flakes is always good). Generally I don't care for cars that are all white, black, grey, or silver, just because it seems like that's what everyone drives these days, and because I like bright, distinctly colored vehicles that I can't mistake for cop cars. :P

My current car is lime green, and I really like the body style for the model year, so I guess green will be my vote for now. :D

I agree...depends on the car.

The new white GMC/Chevy 1500's look SHARP though and Im not even a GM guy. This is truck country where I live and they are very expensive due to cheap gas at the moment lol

I prefer gloss black. My current cars color is crystal red tintcoat or chevys version of candy apple red. It's a beautiful color with a ton of metallic flakes in it and it changes to 3 or 4 shades of red but I wish it was black

Look on the bright side, black cars look incredible when they're clean but also show dirt the easiest. I used to do detailing on the side and we would get in black cars at least twice as often.

I've seen a few cars recently that have had Matt Black paint jobs .. not to my taste but they turn heads and guess that's the idea ..

Older picture. The orange turn lights were changed to European clear and the rotors are now bigger and slotted with 6-Piston Calipers up front.

This was around when I first got "The Beast".

She makes 675HP and 715 LB/FT of torque routed to all four wheels via a traditional 6-Speed Manual (with a stage 3 clutch). That's about 600 LB/FT at the wheels from 3,200-5,200 RPM's!

I have to go with black on black. Here's my baby that I just sold a few weeks ago.

Right now I drive a small grey Subaru but once I graduate and get a real job and have sufficient disposable income I'd love a magma red or black king ranch edition ford f350 superduty complete with a three-horse slant-load gooseneck trailer in tow 😆 but hey, until I've got that crazy kind of cash I can dream, can't I?! lol.

Wait what were we talking about oh yeah color. Purple for sure but on a vehicle it has to be red. Then again I may make an exception.
