I Blame Deborah: The Game

ok so i've been seeing some Deborah threads recently (for good reason b/c she's an awesome breeder/keeper and pretty good Mod) and i thought we can make a game of this theme!!

so the game is u can BLAME someone or THANK someone and WHY? it doesn't have to be Deborah but it could be (!). u can make it funny, fun or serious. it could be a person on the forum, some celebrity, politician, some one in your life, etc. etc. everyone is fair game for a BLAME or a THANKS. it's kinda like a shout out to whoever u are blaming (or thanking).

ok i'll start:

I blame Booper (https://ball-pythons.net/forums/show...are-you-baking) for starting a thread about baking and that made me really jealous. i spent alotta time last night online shopping for baking supplies: https://www.amazon.com/s/ref=sr_pg_1...qid=1520626181 i will probably buy stuff i won't use this weekend and it's all thanks to Booper.

i blame @craigafrechette for exposing me to the first pet hognose snake i ever followed on the forum, and making me realize that i, in fact, need one.

I have many people I can blame that have inspire me over the years, most are not on the forum though.

On the forum I can blame one of our admin Emily (mlededee) who first got me into geckos 11 years ago.

I also blame Kara who has been a tremendous inspiration in producing quality, having high standards and breed what I like.

I blame Deborah for my recent fascination with Geckos. Which led to the purchase of a beautiful little male crested gecko.
And wondering how to deal with male gecko "fun time" which I didn't know was a "thing" before buying one.. :oops:


I also blame her for wanting a beautiful little "purple conda" Hognose with a black belly and black tongue !!! How can you not fall in love...:)

I blame spazhime for the gorgeous BEL Leliana that hooked me into getting my own (Odin), and my husband for continuously allowing me to binge on this addiction lol. Along with so many of you all for the support and assistance and guidance you have provided me this past year! CHEERS!

I blame Zina for using "quotation marks" about a hundred times a day on her posts. I also blame her for having the most dazzling, bright royal python morphs that make members drool, and driving up the costs of the Desert Ghost gene.

i blame Tapatalk (https://ball-pythons.net/forums/show...atalk-problems) b/c i love to hate on Tapatalk.

I blame Reinz because the pics of his Coastal carpets made me fall in love with them even more than the Jungle carpets I was originally drawn to. I also blame John 1982 because the pics of his Papuan Olive made me get an Aussie Olive instead of the SD retic I was considering. What a great decision that turned out to be. ;)

I blame Sauzo for eroding my willpower to resist getting a GTP and for making me want a superdwarf retic when I swore I would never get a retic. I also blame multiple people for eroding my willpower to resist getting a hognose when I've wanted one for years. They're small enough that they barely even count towards my total, right?

Based on that logic there really is no reason to resist the temptation to get a hognose. You could just count them as half a snake and get two!!

i blame SDA for using the word balut in one of her posts, prompting me to google it for a definition, only to find out it is horrible and disgusting!!! i couldn't believe what i was reading and i wanted to rinse my eyes with bleach. this was also in the context of pythons, so double gross!!!

I try that logic with the garter snakes. And I also try to claim that the dumerils is my boyfriend's so it shouldn't count against my total, and yet my boyfriend won't agree with my numbers. "That's not how math works." He does not appreciate my special snake math.

Hahaha, sounds kinda like my house. I'm always trying to expand my snake family and my girlfriend keeps pushing the brakes. That's why I got so excited when she said she kinda wanted her own hognose. But, she seems to be in no rush...

I blame/thank@Zina10 for introducing me to russian rat snakes and @redshepherd for making me pull the trigger this year haha. Now I'll have a female melanistic in about 3 months from now :P

I blame Ball-Pythons.net for me having to increase my monthly data plan. :)

Oh my goodness, ditto this! Even though my experience ended prematurely, I don't regret it at all and will open my heart to another one day. That's my heart noodle!

So no blame - but rather a big THANK YOU to those ladies for turning me onto them!!

I don't blame anyone here... But I do want to say THANK YOU to all of the BP.net community for sharing all of your stories (good and bad) as well as helping me learn a little more along the way.
