Snuggly Sneks!
I got super lucky with my little Tanimbar scrub python. He's a little cuddle monster! I'd love to see pics/videos of your snuggly snakes!

Nice! Cuddly snake!
Just remember, you like cuddling with him more than he likes cuddling with you :).
Awesome your guy likes being handled and even cuddling. Shayna (my BP) and Behira (my BCI) both have a tendency to fall asleep on my chest (Shayna has even fallen asleep in the palm of my hand - and when I finally moved, she had an awesome and big yawn and looked at me like, Dad, why did you wake me?).
Now if I could get Figment, my corn, to hold still for 3 seconds! He's tame as anything, but likes to move!

Looks like he's trying to burrow into your arm. Adorable.

Awwwwww that's so cute! We should make this a thread for cute snek pics/videos! I'll continue this with Pylox:https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/201...adcebec06a.jpg
In this pic I was gonna put her back in his tank, but I guess she didn't want to! She just wrapped around my arm, probably thinking "Pls don't put me back I'm not sleepy!"

Hahahaha, that is definitely true. He would be just as happy if I never bothered him at all. When he is out, he's adorable and fun though. Never sits still. My Dumeril's, on the other hand, will fall asleep wherever you lay her. I wrap her in my shark blanket for movie night and she never moves!

That's interesting and cute :)
At first I presumed that he was trying to get a better grip on you to feel more secure but it looks as though he's got a very good grip with the rest of body ...

Haha, he does this all the time! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TNrP4x9ONO0
He has a few weird habits. Most interesting snake I've ever met!

I wish I could get my 2 BP boys to chill when I handle them. But I don't really mess with them too much because they stress out....maybe its a male vs female thing. My oldest boy with pee on you if you handle him longer than 5 mins. But my 2 female boas are chill once you get them out of their enclosures. I don't have a corn but I did have a banana kingsnake but rehomed her to a friend. I just wasn't a fan on how wiggly she was, she definitely was an active one.

Maybe it's just me, but I've never thought of my snakes in the "cuddly" aspect in 17 years of owning them  .....I just think they're amazing pets with everything considered. The lowest maintenance out of any pet out there I would argue.
I think after you witness a few brutal feedings when they hit the adult stage you kind of change your attitude towards what they're capable of lol.....I think the few people here who keep "hots" are more inclined to understand what I'm saying.

Oh, I definitely understand that he’s a scrub python and not a puppy. He is fierce and intelligent with sword-like teeth! Totally an animal that commands respect. He took the head right off his dinner last week and then came back for it. But he does seem to enjoy being held when he’s in the right mood. When he isn’t, he makes it very clear:rofl:

Hahaha, his teeth have gotten so long that one of his face hugs finally drew blood! Twice. He didn’t even have to open his mouth; just the curled lip from squishing his face into me was enough. Man, he’s gonna have an impressive set of big boy chompers!! [emoji15]
