My first bp

She is a Mojave Fire, 3 months old and is 95 grams. Super happy with her. Watched her for about an hour, she circled the tub about 5 times and checked everything out then went into her cool whip hide. Seems to be perfectly healthy so far. I love her colors and pattern.

Her markings in the first pic look like a word, can you take a few more pics so I can try to read it? She's gorgeous... congratulations

Pretty baby. Please take that stick on gauge out of her tub. Nothing sticky ever goes into an enclosure. Congrats on your gorgeous little one.

Thank you an yeah I've taken the stick on hygrometer off now thanks for reminding me. Its all I had at the time to get a humidity reading. An ill try to get that pic of its side marking when I attempt my first feed, didn't realized it looked like letters.

Couldn't get a good pic, after it took the mouse she noticed me watching her. Then she started striking in my direction lol then she ate when i went away. She must have been nervous. kinda startled me a little bit wasn't expecting her to grab it so quickly. an I appreciate it i was gonna go for a pastel yellowbelly but glad i get her instead, her morph seems more clean and natural.

Congrats on your new friend! It's awesome that she has the fire gene in her in case you ever decide to get into breeding. That is an awesome base gene to have in any animal!

Hmm thats good to hear id like to have a go at breeding at least once. What do you suggest breeding her with? I know i can mix in another Mojave and possibly get a Blue eyed Lucy, which i live.

lol she probably wants another mouse. she are a hopper no problem but i think she needs an adult mouse.

She's very pretty! I love the contrast in her pattern.
