Also please post pictures of your snake and their names.

I seem to always name my animals after fictional characters I like. Whether from books, tv, movies... or, I end up naming them after musicians I like.
I always get to know them a bit before deciding on a name too.
I've had my new Borneo almost 3 weeks and he still isn't named.

I have named all my dogs after video game characters. Might see a trend here as well.

I had a fish tank full of fish named after characters from Sons of Anarchy. I also have ferrets I bought together named Johnny & June. So I go for trends as well

I name all my animals after fictional characters as well :P (The only exception being Azura, that one just fit her lol) Like I have Meeko my boy snake from Skyrim and Summer my dog named after a dire wolf from Game of Thrones. I always have to name them pretty soon after I get them or the name always feels like a lie XD

(though I usually just call him "Sir" if he's doing something naughty or "Snoot" when he's being cute)
I like to name things based in either personality or after things I like - characters in books, games, weather and geology terms...can be anything really. His name was almost "Lahar - a flow of volcanic debris" which my fiance did not care for, or "Naak Do Nikriin" or Eater of Cowards in the Skyrim Dragon Language which seemed a bit long lol.

My snake names were/are: MR Snake, Mrs Snake, Sully, Sophie & Gracie.

When someone asks me to name their pet for them, I always suggest Bob. I have yet to have someone name their pet Bob.

im starting to go cosmic names, my snake that i just got is named luna. what about mars?

also, my other two pets, my tort and my beardie, are named after the street i got them on. my tort, henry, i got on henry ford boulevard. my beardie, george, i got on general george patton drive

I named my BEL Coco, I've always loved the name, and her scales and subtle pattern reminded me of the Houndstooth suits Coco Chanel made famous in her fashion line ;)

I named my one BP (in my profile picture) Gaia, and I will probably stick with Greek Gods when it comes to future BPs that I get.

I often enjoy food based names and naming pets after video game or tv/movie characters :p

My ball python I've named Tapioca (though I came close to naming him Ravio from Zelda a link between worlds) while my betta fish is Majora (Majoras mask) and one of my cats is named Kupo! Yup as in final fantasy moogles :p

As for name suggestions (I can see you are also a Zelda fan!) I can see Farosh or Eldin suiting him!

Neo? Rascal? Otis? Jax? Huckleberry? Snoop Snakey Snake? Beavis?

I really like names that are linked to snakes in mythology but some of them are kind of weird. Well anyway, here are a few:

My snake's name is actually Friedrich. I named him after the philosopher Friedrich Nietzsche since I couldn't find a name that suited him after a long search and I kind of liked Friedrich as a name for him. The small picture below is him :)
