Heaviest snake recorded in the world is the green anaconda.
    Longest: Reticulated python.
On this forum? Seems like there are a bunch of retics around, though most of them are youngins.

Caesar is only between 7-8 feet. I think the longest would probably go to BCR. I think she has a 14 foot retic.

Re: Who has the Biggest Snake??
Well I dont think it counts now but Im sure my Burm "Mr" 15' gave a run for the money on here... I have a buddy Matt that has a 18ft female & I know of a couple in the UK (not personally) but Im not sure if they were ever a part of this forum.
Mr is now about 10 min away from me in the local Zoo here in NY. It took 3 hard months to make the decision. He is 21 years old this year. His enclosure is now a entire room in the Reptile house. Its aprox 40x25 & has 1 complete Glass wall so people can see in. A in ground pond that is about 3' in the middle, huge logs that lean up against the wall at a 45 degree angle and a room mate thats a Male Normal. There hasn't been any issues between them. Each time I've gone to visit they are just laying spread out...sometimes 1/2 in the pond not paying any attention to each other... I think its a better environment for him to live the elder years of his life. He was always a great Docile boy. When we were young Id come home and my wife would have him out (before we had kids) and never had issues thank god. Once he reached 10' she couldn't handle him anymore and I just assumed she didnt.. Its cool to see my wife and I in the old Polaroid pics at 18 years old when we first got him... God it seems like yesterday.
I wonder if he can tell its me from outside the glass? Anyway thats my round about way of saying I think Im now excluded from this Post Poll hahahahahaha...

My oldest female retic is a genetic stripe, 14 feet and 85 pounds. GS is actually a "dwarf" gene and she's actually put on a decent amount of girth this year rather than growing longer.

Next longest is a three year old platinum female who is just a bit shorter but a lot thinner, I think she'll end up well over 14 feet as a full-grown adult.

Re: Who has the Biggest Snake??
I think any one should post a picture of a old or just big any thing. So I'm posting two recent pictures of my now 18 year old Columbian red tail. I believe these were in December. I haven't officially measured him but I'm guessing he's around 9-10 feet.

He was gaining a bit of weight so I basically changed his feeding schedule to 1 jumbo rat every month and a half. Instead of 2 jumbo rats every month and a half. Luckily he has been fed sparingly for most of his life. Its probably one reason he's still alive and I believe doing just fine. I'm hoping he lives for another 20 years though I think that's a bit a stretch. But you never know.

Here's some older bonus pics. These were nov 2016.

No this isn't photo shopped. This is him dec 2015. And he was on the hefty side and looks like a Burmese python here. But really wasn't THAT big. This picture is kinda misleading. The quality of the picture is bad but I honestly don't think it really needs to be good cause his size is enough to speak for it self.

Quick back round on him. I got him back in may 2000. I was in the 8th grade. He's the last remnants of my old collection of colubrids and boids. And that's about it hoped you guys enjoyed the pics and the read.

I don't track my snake growth by length, I track it by weight. I'm sure this one is not the biggest on this forum but she is pretty big. I just took out Lucy last night and weighed her (with the help of a few friends). She is coming in at 36.6 pounds! She is a 50% dwarf (Jampea) 50% Mainland Clark white phase albino reticulated python. She is just over two years old. I'm trying to breed her this year, not sure if she will go or not yet but her follicles are 23 mm so there's hope. She is about all the snake I can handle by myself, still kind of freaks me out how fast she has grown and how big and solid she is in her midsection, she could easily give me a run for my money if she wanted to, but she is a really mellow snake most times, a real sweetheart. I for sure don't let her get wrapped around my neck or midsection!
