High white pied or 50/50 pied?

What's your favorite? Do you like high white pieds, 50/50 or low white pieds? I have a hard time picking just one!

I love all pieds but I had to have a mid white. You gotta have that contrast. Just my opinion btw.

50/50, finding a good one with a mix of the white interspersed by brown markings is one of the best aesthetics in the ball python world in my opinion.

i really like how funky the patterns get on Piebalds so i like to see a good bit of pattern.

I too am in the 50/50 camp. To me there is nothing better than a well balanced Pied. Here is my boy.

I like mid white or 50/50% pattern. When it comes to pieds I can be picky with what I like. I did find a girl that I loved her pattern/white combo. I almost got her and still wish I did. If I'm not careful, I might give the seller a call.

I like mid-white all the way to very low white.

and lower white - i don't exactly prefer lower white, but this is my perfect to me Pied. i searched a long time for her. i love how her eye stripe is connected to her neck stripe and it continues into a long dorsal, light blushing that's not exactly a headstamp.

I like mid white to high white. I have several as well, an all white Spider Pied (white wedding), and all white Lesser Pied (with small eyes), an albino pied, regular pieds, but I think my very favorite pied combo is my Pinstripe Pied. She is about 50:50. She has the brightest pure gold you can find on a snake. She is about 13 months old and is weighing in at 1063 grams. She should be ready to breed this fall (in about 11 months). I like low white- the pattern and colors that pied creates looks really neat covered all over their bodies!

50/50 to White Weddings :)

I’m curious, why is my Piebald so bright orange and such crazy patterns? Is that just a random variation, or does anyone see another morph influencing the look?
I adopted her off Craigslist and have no idea what morphs her parents were.

@Godzilla78 Beautiful girl. Maybe a pumpkin pied? That's a lot of orange and they typically have more orange than single gene pieds do. Yellowbellies usually have busier patterns than normals too.

@OP I just love all pieds. There'll always be a soft spot in my heart for low to no white pieds though. I love what the pied gene does to pattern, so the more pattern there is the more you can see that unique clouded design. On the other hand, an all white pied is as white as you can get. Whiter than any leucistic, and I love all white snakes. Low white pieds can be stunning in their own right too. It's so hard to choose!

Personally i like mine low white, it is the reason why we will be using Enchi into our pied projects :)

That's a nice piebald especially from CL! There's a lot of variation even within normal pieds- and some breeders are using selective breeding to consistently produce brighter colors, stripes etc.

I personally love high white. But I like mid-white too, especially when they have that cute little tip on their tail. :P
