Yep, had that happen with hatchling carpets a few times (even BP), and I am pretty sure that was her plan today too. :rolleyes:

Darwins are one of the smallest carpet species reaching about 6 feet.
And yeah she is small while slender and much longer than a BP right now her weight is one of an average BP out of the egg (65 grams).

Try covering it with a bowl or box for 30 seconds and remove as the snake will normally stay still for at least a few seconds ..
