Actually, I have been thinking about the CHiP rank lately myself.

NO, no chip rank.....it was nightmare....having that man above my avatar was cruel and unusual punishment. i came to bp.net everyday and i had to see........chip......yeah bring it back what the heck :) it helped meout alot lol.
