Lol that's funny! Their a lot smarter than we give them credit for! Give a snake a crevice and by damn they will find a way to get to it LOL

What a sweetie! Is this the same snake that had an escapade with that tree? I bet you're going to hot glue that background down now :D

Why not just remove the moulding ??

You gain a little extra room at the same time of getting rid of that annoyance .. You can tape in on the back but outside the glass if you really like the look of it .

You have such an odd snake getting into every possible crack and crevice.

I was going to suggest silicone to secure that down but what if you want to clean it?

How about velcro instead? You could always either silicone or super glue velcro to the fascade and glass but you would need some place to keep the snake while it sets.

If cleaning isn't an issue then why not just silicone it to the wall?

She seems to thrive on the adventure of it all. Maybe you could turn her viv into some me type of obstacle course?

Omg I️ love the idea of getting branches and just placing them all over, she’s a climber for sure and really she’s such a trouble causer lol [emoji23] that’s why she’s my special baby

My Herbie used to do this as well! Sneaky little buggers. I remember the moments of mini-heart attacks from thinking he'd escaped. We finally took the dang thing out and put some of that plastic sheet background stuff up. MUCH better and no more heart attacks for mom!

I had the same heart-attack once. Couldn't find snakey anywhere and was frantically searching around my room incase he got out. Eventually I found him still in the tank, in the back of the waterfall wedged in the corner like this:

NO IDEA how he fit in there - he was about 3 foot at the time and the waterfall was still perfectly positioned in the corner of the tank.
