Banana boy got weighed today! He was 362 grams last time we went to the vet (2-3 weeks ago) and now he’s 390 grams after last weeks meal!

He's gorgeous. There's nothing I love more than a good banana with chunky spots. More pics!

The speckles are adorable!! I don't know why but they almost remind me of a Dalmatian and it makes him cuter!

He is adorable! I love when they do cute things. His freckles are really awesome. I have two bananas but neither have freckles that Lafayette does. They are one of the reasons bananas are my favorite :) Cannot wait to see Lafayette's continued progress.

I just checked Lafayette today and I found this, is he starting to shed or is it a burn? I can’t tell the difference, my husbandry is fine.

Does he usually look like that going into shed? I'm assuming he dosen't since your posting. If your heat mat (You are using one right?) is on a thermostat set to 88-90 it's probably just a really pink shed belly. Since he's a lighter morph his belly might just get pinker than others. Just some thoughts of mine.

    Edit: Adorable noodle!

Actually I think he does look like that when going into shed, its been a while since he shed and I have a bad memory, I’m using a heat mat, I just checked it and its working fine its a little warm in the tank so it shouldn’t burn him, I think its fine but I’m a worried momma ;-; so I wanted to know if I was correct or no.

    Edit: Thank you for helping!
