Tap water or Purified water?

I am going to go get my BP Today!!!!!

But the most simplest question I forgot was, Do I use tap or purified water?

I know I can get some water conditioner for tap water but will regular tap water do?

Personally, I use filtered water for Fírnen's drinking water, and regular tap water for misting his tank. I don't think it matters very much though.

Tap water unless it is that tap water that catches fire :P

I use reptisafe but there really is no reason to have to use it. Chlorine evaporates from open tap water in a container anyway.

If you are on public water, there are minute amounts of chlorine. which is VERY IMPORTANT to prevent bacteria and viruses from forming in the water. So filtering the chlorine out can be great for immediately drinking, but I would use it right out of the tap, with chlorine still intact for a stagnant water bowl.

I am on a well, so the water is not chlorinated, so I just change it frequently to prevent bacteria growth.

I use tap water. It's good enough for me and my fish so it's good enough for my snakes.

Tap for my beeps as well.

I use tap water with exo terras aquatize, which dechlorinates the water. Bought a small bottle that I use in my toad tank, bp water dish, and crestie spray bottle and its still half full a year later.

the same tap water is use to drink and cook with is fine. although some would prefer to give their BP's bottled water that's "bottled at the source from an underground natural aquifer." Lol

Another vote for plain ole tap water.

I've never used it. But my understanding is that if the water is safe for human use it's safe for reptiles.
I have heard of people with well water or crappy town water do use it though.

If you can drink the tap water so can they. If you feel you have a problem with the tap water then I would use bottled. I use tap no problems.
