That animal is insane! I did see a high quality banana pied that this silky way reminded of. But the tail on your animal is amazing. The whole coloration and patterning is spectacular! Grats. Please stay safe. :gj:

I thought yours kind of resembled this banana pied courtesy of Peach State Pythons. The white of course is different but the general overall look.https://ball-pythons.net/gallery/fil...ge_638242.jpeg

I know this is a bit off topic but I'm curious (as I live near Houston and we are still feeling the effects of Harvey), how do you hurricane prep a collection of ~100 animals? I thankfully don't own very many and while there was some severe flooding in my area, the power was only out for a couple hours so I consider myself and my animals lucky. Some parts of the city and surrounding areas are still under water and/or without power.

How does one prepare for possible flooding, extended power outages or lack of potable water when caring for a large collection?

I wouldn't be able to leave all my animals either. Please stay safe as you ride out this crazy storm! Beautiful snake by the way ;)

i placed the small ones in deli cups and the larger ones in pillowcases (spent almost $200 on those), then placed them in plastic tubs and stacked them in my center hallway. i live on the third floor, so flooding isn't a big issue. as for water, if it looked like it was going to hit really hard, i would have filled a bathtub up with water. otherwise, they can go a few days w/o water with no ill effects.

however, the smarter thing to do is have a big cargo vehicle that you can load them all into and then get the hell out.
