What's you fav Jim Carrey Movie?

it's Friday before the holiday weekend, i'm getting off work early and feel like being silly, so here's a random topic: What's your favorite Jim Carrey movie or bit?

i love this man and he never ceases to make me laugh. even w/ his more serious movies. my fav's are Dumb and Dumber and The Truman Show. :)

oh, how about this scene from Ace Ventura 2. i think i peed my pants laughing so hard as a kid.

Oooh tough, Dumb and Dumber for funny, Cable Guy for crazy. Ace Ventura when I was a kid.

The Mask will always have a special place in my 90's kid heart.

Both Ace Ventura movies (followed by Eternal Sunshine and maybe Liar Liar. Edit to add - and yes The Truman Show!)
#1 is such a classic Carrey movie but I think #2 has my favorite scenes - At the party with the monopoly guy, throwing the amulet at the bats then running out of the cave or the fight getting the spears in the legs. Fantastic silly good times!

If you want to go way back, how about "Once Bitten" or "Earth Girls are Easy". His characters Vera De Milo and Fire Marshall Bill from "In Living Color" are priceless.

I really enjoy "Bruce Almighty". It's Jim Carrey but not too Jim Carrey if you know what I mean, and the fact that Catherine Bell and Jennifer Anniston are in it doesn't hurt either. Steve Carell is a scream as well.

The Man on the Moon and The Truman Show but that is a tough question great actor:gj:

"Dumb & Dumber" is classic. "Me, Myself & Irene" is awesome too, but not getting any love on this thread yet. Tough choice between those two for me.

"Bruce Almighty", "The Mask" and the first "Ace Ventura" get honorable mention.

I couldn't remember the name of it and was too lazy to look it up but he is good in that one too for sure. Been awhile since I've seen that movie lol.

Favorite for me id say dumb and dumber. We saw it in theaters twice and both times the toilet scene made the audience just die of laughter my self included. Runner ups would be the mask and the second ace ventura. I still like the mask for a couple reasons and one of them is cause of how hot cameron diaz is in that movie. In most of her other movies she tends to have short hair and be the girl next door where as in the mask she's just hot lol. I like ace ventura 2 more then the first one cause 2 is goofier and how can anyone not like the rhino scene lol. Also no one mentioned it yet but i kinda liked him as the riddler in batman forever. The 90's wasn't perfect but sometimes i miss it.

Really liked him in the Christmas Carol , Popper's Penguin , Liar Liar and The Yes Man as well ... Didn't care at all for Cable Guy or Truman Show ,

damn that's hard to say. I don't know if i can pick just one.

I might be the only one, but I really liked 'The Majestic.'

Comedy: Bruce Almighty
Serious: Truman Show
Guilty Pleasure: Earth Girls Are Easy

Overall though, nothing beats his Living Color skits. Fire Marshall Bill was my favorite.

Dumb and Dumber is a sure favorite. Although, Bruce Almighty gave so much laugh too.
