How about a full body pic in proper light and showing the head too.

I'm going to say yes it's a browned out pastel but with that picture it's practically just a guess. Pics don't need to be hd but it sure helps to get at least most of the snake in the pic lol.

If you have to ask if it is a pastel, then it is low quality and it probaly should only be a pet not bred.

By the looks of the browning and lack of anything spectacular you have a pet there. Not a breeder
