Looks good to me. No redness, no dirt/crusting, lies flush against the body, looks clean. I don't see anything to be concerned about. (Also not a vet).

The spurs can come off occasionally, but other than that, all ball pythons have them although size can vary. Corn snakes and other colubrids do not.

Weirdly for my collection I've noticed that all of my females have big spurs where as my males have very small spurs! In fact my big pastel yellow belly het clown doesn't appear to have any and he proved out this season and my female is gravid from him! It just freaks me out that all my males have little to no spurs! O.o

They tend to extend when mating. They are larger than they appear.

Yeah - most of what we see as the spurs are various layers from previous sheds - the actual spur is tiny and white. ;)
But I have females with far longer spurs than my males - like Salome's.
