Stingerbee or spider?

Hi guys! So I'm looking to buy a stingerbee (enchi spider) breeder female, but I'm have a hard time telling if this girl is actually stinger or if she's just a regular spider. The breeder says she is enchi spider and has produced plain enchis, but I'd like to get your opinions!

Well daughter is def a stingerbee. Mom very well could be, but I would prefer something that looks more like daughter if I was getting an animal for a breeding project.

Yeah, I agree...hard to tell because mom's pattern isn't as broken up as her offspring. I may just go for one of her daughter's then.

Always best to get the better example of the morph so you can breed better animals. :)

I would add to this, that especially with enchi, for breeding you really want a strong enchi gene. It is very hard, at least for me to tell the quality of the enchi when it is mixed with spider. In a case like this I would always ask to see the parents of the animal in question. I would not consider either of these animals if I was looking for a breeding enchi.

What do y'all think about this one? I'm relatively new to the hobby so I really appreciate all the feedback so far! It's very helpful.

That's a bit more typical of enchi, but could be more reduced.

A really good enchi will have relatively high orange or yellow sides that merge into the rest of the coloration in a confetti like manner. It will have a high amount of banding where it should be difficult to discern any dorsal striping. There should be very few if any spots. The wonkier the pattern the better the enchi. I absolutely cannot see this stuff well when spider is involved. If you want a breeding enchi, buy an enchi or better yet a super enchi.

^^^ that looks like just a pastel to me.

Here is an example of the effect of a good enchi gene. These three are hatchlings from the same clutch and are holdbacks from my first enchi breeding last year.

Enchi (nice pattern still a couple spots but very reduced)

Thanks for the heads up (beautiful babies by the way!). I think after everyone's comments I'm just gonna avoid this breeder all together, seems like the animal's quality is not all that great or that she may be selling things off that aren't what she says they are and it's not really the good deal I thought it was.

She had these enchi spiders (compared to a normal spider) that are pretty colorful but like yall said you can't determine the quality of enchi from a stinger. http://i.imgur.com/dFoxGx7.jpg
