OK I'm old, but come on, Elmer Fudd is timeless. I just wish he would have gotten the rabbit, and that old While E. would have eaten that dang bird. Hated that bird.

Ok, I'm literally belly laughing about the "...dang bird. Hated that bird."
Do they even show Elmer Fudd on TV anymore though? I never see him, the cartoons my niece watches when I baby-sit are TERRIBLE!!! I gotta get her on some classics. Yabba-Dabba-Doo!!!

Oh yeah, the characters still exist, though I wouldn't rate the current Looney tunes cartoon as that great either. It's got that weird, awkward Seinfeld-esque humor and all the characters act like they're in a sitcom. Bugs and Daffy are room mates.

OMG. Bugs and daffy as roommates? I wonder if that is the same as when I watched Sesame Street as an adult and began to question what was really going on with Bert and Ernie.

Back in the day, Looney Tunes were the most violent toons on tv.

Looney Toons and The Three Stooges were sooooo violent. Nobody was blaming them for their kids violent behavior though! Today too much is blamed on TV and movies and not enough people accept accountability when they are in the wrong.

Three stooges are great. Even my kids will watch those but they want to know where the color went.

Hard to believe they got started in the 20's, almost 100 years ago. And they are still hilarious today. I must have seen every short a dozen times or more and I still laugh every time I watch them.
