Apparently I'n from the Berenstien Bears universe.

I woke up one day and everyone was talking about how there was a theory where people who believed the Berenstein Bears were the Berenstien Bears were from a different universe and things got somehow crossed.

I brought it up to my fiancee today to find out that the whole thing was between Berenstein and Berenstain Bears... but that's insane, why would it be ai instead of ie or ei.... unless I woke up in amother universe... again. And apparently my ie universe is forgotten and this new one is ai... what is even going on

One day I'm gunna wake up in the Berenstcnn Bears universe and there are going to be like Dinosaur Taxis or something

I'm from the Bernstein time line. I can accept that the peanut butter WAS maybe JIf, but I don't like it, and that's not how I remember it. Lots of interesting videos and web pages on this subject. However, finally just got creeped out by the whole thing, and I've stayed away from it since.

The bears things is an interesting take on some ideas from quantum physics and the many worlds ideas. My favorite take on it is quantum immortality. Googling it will get you a better read up but the tldr is that in some universe you survive any outcome and if you find yourself in that one you're functionally immortal. To expedite the process one author had the idea of making a type of quantum dice to roll that shoots you in the head.

Actually there WERE several typo mishaps, in places like the TV guide and on covers of some of the books, so we aren't all crazy lol.

The bigger question is: Are you from the Sinbad Genie Movie universe?

there are multiple universes. More than can be numbered. I flow threw them quite often. Is rather interesting not knowing what will be different today. Over my life I have seen the stars in the sky change locations. The location of the solar system within the galaxy is different. Names and colors are the most effected tho. I have even encounter cases where my own family members ages and birthdays are not what I know them to be. So don't be alarmed. You are not in the universe you was born to. Count yourself lucky to be smart enough to realize it.

Yeah, but I'm only conscious of one "Me." KWIM?? Are all the others just zombie place holders? If the Many Worlds are all continually splitting off, why am I apparently shifting around? Wouldn't a conscious being just stay in the same universe, while the others bud off? Also, I've noticed in the film dialogue, TV shows (it's Sex IN the city, thank you) etc. (even Bible verses!), more often than not, the new version is just not as good as the old version, lacking the poignancy and lyricism of the original. So, the newer editions seem to be generally degraded versions. Sad. Is that trend reversible? What will we be in a hundred years? Grunting apes?

I want my old universe back.

JodanorNoDan, while that is a hilarious statement for the topic... I have actually lived somewhere with a slow carbon monoxide leak. My roommate and I were both close to the point we'd go to sleep and not wake up towards the end of it.

I actually forgot how to sit down during that period of my life. Like, Peter Griffin style tackling chairs.

Yeah, that stuff is bad news. I accidentally saved a guys life one time. I was sent to his house to do a service call. While knocking on the door there was a very strong odor of rotten eggs. I could see the guy in his house asleep on his couch and not moving no matter how hard I beat on the door. Luckily he had left the door unlocked and I went in and got him outside. Turns out he had natural gas leak from his oven. Ever since then I am super paranoid about gas.
