    NARBC Pick Up!
We spent the entire day on Saturday at NARBC. From 8am to 8:30 PM. Had a blast like always. Talking to friends, picking up equipment and animals, being entertained by Brain and Phil at the auction. It's always such a good time. I picked up a new rack, a thermostat, bowls, some flexwatt, a stuffed animal tarantula, some shirts, and this gorgeous little girl. Once I get her up to size, she is going to my super cinnamon pulse male. Hopefully I can produce a Banana 8-ball lesser pulse on the first try. Sorry for the crappy pics. I wanted to get her settled.

2016 0.1 Banana black pastel lesser. From Jason Van Hyfte at Millcreek Constrictors.

I was told she eats VERY well, and will eat anything. I think she will grow fast. [emoji4][emoji216]

Is the dorsal really white or is it just my monitor? Super cool if it is.

She's pretty bright. I didn't use daylights to get these pics. That dorsal stripe is like a creamy ivory color with a bit of yellow. It really glows. The orange flames coming up the sides are neon.

The Pulse gene is a very nice enhancing gene. It messes with the pattern, the color of the eyes, and brightens everything. The normal Pulse looks a lot like a Russo. I first discovered it in 2010. I'd originally named it the aurora gene but by the time I had produced clutches with it, that name had been taken. So the name was changed. For the last few years, 2 of my breeder friends have also been working with the gene and incorporating other genes to see what it can do. There is no Super yet, but it is definitely genetic and quite easy to see. We will be be releasing more photos of different combos after this season.
