Not sleeping in hides

Both our BP's are not sleeping inside of their hides all of a sudden. Hot spot of 90ish with 84 ambient and cool side ambient of 77. Humidity around 55-60. The male is in blue and recently introduced into the house.

Is it normal it can be?

Depends on the type of enclosure, in tubs they will slowly start not to use their hides after a while (some still may), in glass enclosure it's less likely.

Where do you measure your temps and with what (digital or analog thermometer)?

If not using the hide where is your BP?

Are those hides tight all side touching his body?

Hotspot temp is taken on plastic directly on bottom. Ambient temps are taken on top of substrate with digital thermometers left inside.

The male is curled up in the warm side back corner.

The female is curled up under some fake vines in middle of enclosure.

If they are in a tubs it's not unusual none of my snake use hides in tubs, they used to be provided with some but after observing that they were not using them, I simply removed them.

It's perfectly normal for a new snake to not use its hides right away. Even an established snake doesn't have to use its hides if it doesn't want to.

I wouldn't worry unless they suddenly stop eating.

Doesn't seem anything to worry about.

Check if they soiled the substrate under the hide, I've noticed mine it less when they peed on it. A shuffle of the substrate is usually enough.
